This DC7B is painted in the colors of Pan American Grace Airways. Pan American Grace Airways was a joint venture between Pan American and W.R. Grace Company. This DC-7B regularly flew from Miami up and down the west coast of South America. This skin requires the DC-7B domestic version available from Tom Gibsons calclassic.com web site for vintage propliner aircraft. This is an update and re-upload of a FS2002 version lost in the Avsim library crash.

FS2004 USAF/MATS Convair CV-240 VBF in colors of 1952. The Convair with cn 264 was one of a bunch of T-29B-CO (CV-240-27) delivered to the U.S. Air Force September 16, 1952 and on July 15, 1953 assigned to the 1299 Transport Squadron of Military Air Transport Service (MATS). She was equipped with standard high density seating for staff transport and painted in the typically MATS livery of the early fifties. On July 13, 1956 she was converted to VC-131A standard and fitted with the weather mapping radar used extensively on the model CV-440 and on many CV-340 models. The last operator of this Convair was the 86th Tactical Fighter Wing based at Stuttgart (Germany). She came to AMARC on May 06, 1975 and was sold off for scrap on November 23, 1994. File Description:
This is a repaint of one of the 2 aircraft used in the film "The High and The Mighty" (John Wayne and Robert Stack - 1954). This aircraft actually flew in this paint around Los Angeles and the bay area of southern California in November of 1953 for in-flight footage, so it's entirely fictional...but the airline was.
The original repaint was by Dave McQueen for Jens B. Kristensen's DC-4/C-54 version 2.0. I have updated it to make it compatable with the Jens' new version 2.1 (DC4_v21.zip) to use the DC-4-1009 airfile. Load your plane with 3050 gallons of fuel and balance out passengers and cargo to total 73,000 lbs. and you can duplicate flight #420 in the film! If you wish to shut down engine #1 and dump 200 gallons of fuel from the left wing and see if you can still get to San Fransico from Honolulu, that's up to you..but it is a challenge. This is a repaint of the great ISDT ATR 42-300 V2 in the Fictional livery of the real world airline Hawaiian Air. Hawaiian Air has been providing services to the islands of Hawai since 1929 in one form or another and is still a well patronized airline. The plane has been tested in FS9 ONLY and works well. Should you wish to try installing this plane (made for FS9) into FSX, you do so at your own risk. The package comes complete with a custom panel by Antonio Bucoli which provides the needed gauges and sounds for this plane. Both the Gauge and Sound files are included together with install instructions. The panel is already apart of the plane. Installation, Distribution Limitations and my contact can be found in the ReadMe File. Be aware that there are 3 ReadMe files and ALL of them should be read. Please note, if you look at the attahed pictures and see the nose doors are white, do not fret - they are actually the blue of the fuselage in the textures.

PH-BXP (cn 33463/1292) version 1. Fully handpainted repaint of the KLM 737 Meerkoet / Crested Coot (PH-BXP) for the PMDG model. We updated the paintkit to serve you with a higher level of detail. You can expect wear, tear, patches and chipped off parts. This is a joint project between Stefan Lodewyckx and Kevin Leow to give you the best quality. The PH-BXP is one of the five 737-900 in the fleet of the KLM, which is the biggest operator in Holland. This download contains a dirty and a rather clean version. Fasten your seatbelts and enjoy your flight!
