This aircraft features 4 Lufthansa liveries: from the mid 60's - the golden age of airliners, the end of the 60's, mid 70's and - fictional because LH didn't operate a 707 in the 90's - a mid 90's livery which you will see on all Lufthansa aircraft at the moment. Textures for Tom Gibson's Douglas DC-6 - repainted by Manfred Meyer.
You need to download and install the latest Douglas DC-6 base pack with model, sound and panel from the website calclassic.com. These textures decipt N90705 (c/n 42858) of Mackey International Airlines. Mackey leased this old Bird in 1973 and bought it 1975 from F. B. Ayer & Associates. She was the 5th seires build DC-6 at all and originally delivered to American AL 1947 as "Flagship Arizona". Mackey Intl. was one of the last airlines in the lower 48 states to use the DC-6 in regular passenger service. This DC-6 flew for Mackey from Florida to numerous destinations in the Bahamas, Turks & Caicos Islands and Haiti until 1979. After then she was stored at Fort Lauderdale and later scrapped there.
