Re Upload: The DHC-4 Caribou was DeHavilland-Canada's first twin engined aircraft. Evaluated by the U.S. Army as the YAC-1, it was procured as the CV-2 and re designated as the C-7. It served extensively in southeast Asia with the US Army, US Air Force, Royal Australian Air Force and Air America.

File Description:
TA-4J Skyhawks were assigned to Instrument Training RAGs at all the Navy "master jet bases" under RCVW-12 and RCVW-4. The Instrument RAGs initially provided jet transition training for Naval Aviators during the time period when Naval Aviation still had a great number of propeller-driven aircraft and also provided annual instrument training and check rides for Naval Aviators. The assigned TA-4J models were installed with collapsible hoods so the aviator under training had to demonstrate instrument flying skills without any outside reference.

The RA-5C Vigilante by Massimo Altieri. Updated by Bob Chicilo. The North American A-5 Vigilante was a powerful, highly advanced carrier-based supersonic bomber designed for the United States Navy. Its service in the nuclear strike role to replace the A-3 Skywarrior was very short; however, as the RA-5C, it saw extensive service during the Vietnam War in the tactical strike reconnaissance role.

The De Havilland Heron must be the smallest four engine airliner in the world! And it can take off and land almost anywhere. This, the third in my Three Herons series, represents the Mark 2D which was a re-engined version of the 2B with Lycoming engines. This is VH-NJP, one of two such aircraft operated by the aptly named Heron Airlines from 1991 to 2000 out of their base at Bankstown Airport, Sydney, Australia to destinations such as Deal Island, Birdsville and Cape York for all-in adventure holidays. This package includes a high detail panel featuring many new gauges. As these gauges are common to all three in this series, these have been placed in a separate download herongg.zip.

This, the second in my Three Herons series, represents the Mark 2B variety with the luxury of retractable undercarriage giving improved performance. This is G-AOGO - one of nine Herons that served the airline for many years on charter work and scheduled services to the Channel Islands, West Wales and Holland from Croydon (initially) and Gatwick Airports. This package includes a high detail panel featuring many new gauges. As these gauges are common to all three in this series, these have been placed in a separate download herongg.zip.
