File Description:
The first combat operation of the UH-1 was in the service of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. The original designation of HU-1 led to the helicopter's nickname of Huey. In September 1962, the designation was changed to UH-1, but Huey remained in common use. Approximately 7,000 UH-1 aircraft saw service in Vietnam.

File Description:
This release has a fully active, animated pilots virtual cockpit on the Armed, Clean and Fuel models, there is also a fully active, animated navigators virtual cockpit on the NavEx model. This enables you to simulate a flight training exercise as the navigator from the back seat. Take offs and landings can be done from the 2D pilots cockpit.
Dave Friswell has fine tuned the air files for all 3 versions of this A/C so they all fly a little differently depending on configuration.
Extra pilot animations and texture improvements have also been added along with some extra A/C detail.

The plane features a realistic flight model by Frank Weiss and an exterior modeled to original Airbus specs. Model version is V2, including the features available to other A306 versions through model update V2 (A306-HNAC-MDL-V2.zip). Base model for the HNAC Airbus A300B4-603 with GE CF6-80C2A3 engines, painted in Airbus demonstrator livery. The 603 model is only operated by Lufthansa on short haul operations.

File Description:
This aircraft was designed as an AI model with 7 level of detail model (LODs), and not as "flyable" aircraft. As the 'varks used to say, "it's meant to only be flown by very experienced AI pilots".
There are sixteen models in this package showing aircraft with/without astrodome (the "C54" vs "DC4" variants), with/without weather radar, with long/short exhaust pipes and with/without wing decals.These models are NOT compatible with my previous DC-4 model releases. The fuselage and engine nacelles have been extensively reworked. Re-doing the existing repaints in well worth the effort :)
