PART 2 - THE PEACETIME YEARS
The post war Aironi retained their AR126 engines all the way to retirement in 1959, but they were modified to have feathering Savoia hydraulic constant speed airscrews which required new controls in the old cockpit. High power then became available for TOGA for the first time allowing take off from smaller harbours during air ambulance sorties, and perhaps overload survivor rescue. The omnipresent problem of engine overspeed disappeared, but the early series Bristol Pegasus engines remained too primitive to have cowl flaps to control engine cooling. The gondola lost its windows and ventral hatch to reduce drag. New navigation equipment and procedures were introduced.

File Description:
The Claude was the world's first monoplane carrier fighter. It was a cantilever design with fixed landing gear and an open cockpit. The A5M performed well in wars against China and the USSR and was still the numerically most important Imperial Japanese Navy fighter in 1941. A total of 1094 were built.

The Douglas F4D Skyray (later re-designated F-6 Skyray) was an American carrier-based fighter/interceptor built by the Douglas Aircraft Company. Although it was in service for a relatively short time and never entered combat, it was notable for being the first carrier-launched aircraft to hold the world's absolute speed record,[1] and was the first United States Navy and United States Marine Corps fighter capable of exceeding Mach 1 in level flight. It would be the last fighter produced by the Douglas Aircraft Company.

The C.202 Folgore was a World War II fighter aircraft built by Macchi Aeronautica and operated by the Regia Aeronautica (Royal Italian Air Force). Considered one of the most beautiful fighters to fly with wartime Axis forces,the C.202 was a development of the earlier C.200 Saetta,with a more powerful German Daimler-Benz DB 601 engine and with an extremely streamlined fuselage.Undoubtedly the best wartime fighter to serve in large numbers with the Regia Aeronautica,the Folgore operated on all fronts in which Italy was involved.
ATTENTION, this is only an upgrade/fixing package, so you must have already installed the main package 'c202_v01.zip'.
Contains 2 FIXED/UPGRADED and 4 NEW Hi-Res GMax models (4 different versions) feature the usual moving parts, such as all flight controls,props pitch and leading edge flaps. Eight (8) different liveries. VC only. GMax Models and Skins by Manuele Villa,Huub Vink & Italianwings, Flight dynamics by Manuele Villa & Kikko Zanaboni. FS2004 MystereIVA. The MD454 "MystereIVA" was a fighter developed and produced from 1953 by the French company Avions Marcel Dassault (AMD). It was an evolution of the Ouragan and MystereII with however major aerodynamic changes to improve transonic performance . It was the first French supersonic fighter even if the passage of sound barrier could be obtained only through a slight dive. It was used by the French Air Force as well as India and Israel.
Much of the information used to build this model comes from the European Fighter Museum of Montelimar (France). It is provided with several paints of French and export liveries and of the aerobatic patrol Patrouille de France (PAF).

File Description:
Let C-11 (Yak -11) for FS9. The Yak-11 design was based in large part on the successful Yak-3 fighter, and became the Soviet Air Force's most widely used trainer aircraft. From 1953, an additional 707 were licence-built by Let in Czechoslovakia under the name C-11 (LET C-11 in some documentation). Both Yak-11 and C-11 were used in all Warsaw Pact countries and were exported to eighteen countries. The model is created using Gmax, with 2D cockpit, fully clickable virtual cockpit and all moving parts.
