The CANT Z.506B Airone (Heron) was a three-engined hydroplane,with wooden structure.Designed by ingegner Filippo Zappata,who also designed the CANT Z.1007 bomber.It had excellent flying characteristics and good stability and was regarded by some as "the best Italian hydroplane of World War II".It was used by the Italian Regia Aeronautica,Italian Co-Belligerent Air Force,Aeronautica Nazionale Repubblicana and Luftwaffe during World War II and, after 1945, by Aeronautica Militare Italiana as S.A.R. hydroplane.VC only.GMax Models and Skins by Manuele Villa, Flight dynamics by FSAviator,It also works (Tested) subject to some limitations within in FSX. File Description:
Updated aerodynamics for the freeware irissimulations.com F-22 Raptor, comprising the CFG and AIR, as well as the AirDef model file. You can fly this update but without textures or panel (available from this library though, your choice). The update allows Vector Thrust control over your joystick, making Cobra's and backward flips a snap. Steep turns at very low speeds, but also supercruise speeds are possible in an easy to fly way. The dynamic model has been AirWrenched and ACM approved, and is in Yahia's unique educational manner. An extensive read-me explains how, what and why this brings topnotch dynamics in this airplane.

File Description:
DSB Designs BAe Systems Hawk Mk.100, complete package. This aircraft is one of five Hawk packages that the restructured DSB Design team made available on their site as freeware; but the download link broke after only a few days; and I was one of the fortunate ones able to get the aircraft. After consulting with both David Brice and the AVSIM staff; all were generous enough to give consent for me to post these excellent aircraft here for general download. This file is unaltered, just as I downloaded it from the site. Aircraft models and textures by DSB systems. Thanks very much David, and AVSIM. Uploaded by Michael Pearson.

| 1909 Curtiss Reims Racer |

File Description:
In 1909, the first international air race was held at or near Reims (Rheims), France. The La Grande Semaine d'Aviation air race meet gave American Glenn Curtiss his first air race win when he won top honors during the 7 day event (August 22-29, 1909). This is a precise model of Curtiss' winning aircraft and though it was originally designed for FS2002, testing by AVSIM's Bear shows it to work great in COF. The original 2D panel was alias to the FS2002 Sopwith Camel, but Bear has re-alias'd the panel cfg file to the COF Wright Flyer. Excellent sounds and virtual cockpit.

File Description:
At 4:30 A.M. on May 10, 1940, three Junkers Ju 52's took off from the Cologne airfields of Ostheim and Butzweilerhof, towing behind them three other aircraft that lacked motors. The first front service of a new weapon, the freight glider, developed by the DFS (Deutsche Forschungsanstalt fur Segelflug / German Research Institute for Sailplane Flight), had begun. A total of 41 DFS-230 freight gliders with 400 paratroopers were launched for this mission. It was their task to take the Belgian Fort Eben Emael near Maastrich. With this successful operation the crossing of the Albert Canal was secured and the cornerstone of Belgian defense fell in German hands.
These assault gliders were also used during the Krete invasion (1941). The DFS 230's last significant use was during the 'Eichen' operation: 10 assault gliders were used to deliver the group of hand picked commandos led by Otto Skorzeny against the Gran Sasso mountain-top hotel that was used to hold Mussolini. The Royal Italian Air Force (Regia Aeronautica) received from Luftwaffe, during 1941, almost 20 DFS-230 and 4 Gotha Go-242 assault gliders. These aircrafts were used only for pilot training until 09/1943.
