This aircraft was designed as an AI model with 7 level of detail model (LODs), and not as a "flyable" aircraft. As the 'varks used to say, "it's meant to only be flown by very experienced AI pilots".
There are eight models in this package showing aircraft with and without weather radar and prop spinners. Each of those has model variants with and without wing decals.

File Description:
FS2004 Aircraft - The Sky Arrow 650 TCNS is a tandem seat aircraft designed and manufactured in Italy by Iniziative Industriali Italiane (Meteor) S.p.A., a company manufacturing gliders, airplanes and Remotely Piloted Vehicles since 1947. This version of the Sky Arrow has been designed as sport and recreational aircraft, as well as for training, research and aerial surveillance. The Sky Arrow 650 TCNS, being almost entirely made of carbon fiber in epoxy resin, features a strong composite structure and therefore has a very high strength to weight ratio. FS2004 Piper PA28-140 registration OY-DHD, v1.1, update and modifications by Claus Vendelboe Holmberg
This is a complete aircraft, features a fully modelled cabin, photorealistic 2D instrument panel with working yoke and auto-pilot, co-pilot's panel and a working virtual cockpit, photorealistic textures, full control surfaces, door and suspension animation, dynamic shine and glass reflections.
All with custom made gauges, everything inclouded. Aircraft textures are also photorealistic, based upon an aircraft flown by Billund Air Center in Denmark.
Model v1.0 by Ole Egholm, with updated 2D panel by Claus Vendelboe Holmberg. This package includes anything what's needed to fly this aircraft in flightsimulator.

The C-82 Packet is a twin-engined, twin-boom cargo aircraft designed and built by Fairchild Aircraft. It was used briefly by the United States Army Air Forces and the successor United States Air Force following World War II. The aircraft was named as a tribute to the packet boats that hauled mail, passengers and freight in Europe and its colonies, including North American rivers and canals, for most of the 18th and 19th centuries.
