File Description:
Version 2, new lower polygon base model, and two LOD models to help improve framerates. Also fixes minor texture problem. All current textures can still be used. This model is based on the unfinished iFDG Do328 model, and has been scaled down to work as an AI aircraft. Model features include dynamic shine, 3 LOD's, FS2002/FS2004 style lighting, moving gears and flaps, rolling wheels, and reflective textures. Works with FS2002 & FS2004. Original FSDS model by Robert Versluys. Updated AI model by Scott Sherman (Sherman Flight Design).

The re-upload consists of the original Flamingo package released by Craig Richardson, as found in an obscure website written in spanish about the history of the airplane. I felt the need to re-upload it (as permitted by the original authors release notes), since it is pretty much the only original model by Craig that can't be found in any FS library! File Description: FS2004 DH 106 Comet 1 and 2 ver 2.0. The worlds first jetliner. The Comet 1 entered sevice with BOAC in 1952, initially on the route from London to Johannesburg. This package includes liveries for BOAC, Air France, UAT, Canadian Pacific and RCAF Comet 1's, and BOAC and RAF Comet 2's. Version 2 model by Jens B. Kristensen, sounds by Mike Hambly, Benoit Plamondon and Mark Cranston (Aeromusica). For FS2004, FSX users should download Comet_V20X.zip instead.
