File Description:
This is the Dauntless D1 Experimental Turbo Prop Sport Plane. This is a composite design study featuring seating for a total of 8 passengers, contra rotating props, a single Pratt and Whitney turbine for propulsion, retracting landing gear, opening sky stair, virtual cockpit, illuminated instrumentation when in VC mode, wheel chaulks and pitot cover flags with 'Wing Fold' command, and data on flight and the custom panel layed out in the Manual. This package comes with two complete color schemes of either browns or blues including interior fabrics. Also note two variations of prop models, one being the new experimental sub-sonic. | GAF Government Aircraft Factories Nomad 24 |

File Description:
The Australian built GAF Nomad (GAF - Government Aircraft Factories) was manufactured in the 1970's. This model, GAF Nomad 24, could carry 17 passengers. This aircraft has been made primarily for AI purposes but actually also flies well as an ordinary aircraft. This Gmax model has 6 LODs with only 2510 polygons (triangles) for the main model. I am indebted to Ray Blake who has made all the textures (six) for this package.
There are two separate paintkits being posted to Avsim. The first is the default which will suit most painters needs. The second uses the "tfslg" model (top fuselage) and provides for detail on top of the fuselage and was used for the army aircraft camouflage texture which is part of this package.
