SECTIONF8 North-American F-86E/F 'slatted-wing' Sabre. A complete aircraft model, photoreal inside and outside, fully functional 2D panel and Dynamic VC, custom gauges and custom soundsuite, countless XML programmed goodies including droppable fuel tanks, automatic wing slats operation depending on speed and attitude, dynamic engine damage and flame-out simulation, authentic start-up procedure including fuel regulation and power cart, working guns with tracer bullets and muzzle flash effects, working ( or not working.... ) hydraulics system, parked mode with wheel chocks, fluttering RBF flags, in- and outlet covers, pilot flightgear on wing, etc., and so on.
This base package includes only two skin texture sets. Additional skin textures available with a seperate package 'sf86skns.zip', also available here. SECTIONF8 is a new FS add-on development team dedicated to produce almost every version and variant of the venerable F-86 Sabre including its seagoing sisters FJ-2, FJ-3, and FJ-4 Fury. This new model features all animations - surfaces, doors (14!), gears, landing lights, APU intake, flexing wings and even heating break disks :) Shadow model for better fps. Dynamic wing views, but no virtual cockpit yet. Comes with custom sounds, default panel and a paintkit. Model and packaging by Dimitri Samborski. Textures by Dmitry Shevtsov and Maxim Mysin. Flight dynamics by Sergey Dubovitsky. Read the Readme.txt file for keys assignments.

Features a custom panel patterned after the RW N500HP, an easy-to-read fully functional virtual cockpit with day lighting and VC gauge backlighting for night. Includes a special N500HP paint scheme by Joao Paz and nice matching leather interior. Sounds mixed to resemble the RW AC, specular highlites in the VC and Html checklists.
This package will not work in FS2002.

File Description:
Re-upload. Used variously as a long-range freighter and/or passenger airliner, the
York was designed around the wings, engines, undercarriage, and tail
assembly of the Lancaster bomber, adding a box-shaped fuselage and a
center fin. Of a total of 253 production aircraft built, 208 initially
went to the RAF, 25 to BOAC, 12 to BSAA, and 5 to FAMA (Flota Area
Mercante Argentina). Specially fitted VIP versions were used by Winston
Churchill and General de Gaulle. After completing 29,000 sorties in the
Berlin Airlift of 1948-9, many RAF Yorks were sold to charter operators
such as Aviation Traders, Dan Air, Hunting Clan, Lancashire Aircraft
Corporation, and Skyways of London. Some of these re-acquired RAF
roundels for "trooping flights" to the Middle East in the 1950s. From
1955 onward, the Yorks were gradually withdrawn, although some soldiered
on until 1964. Two such veterans have been preserved as museum exhibits
in Duxford and Cosford in the UK. Gmax exterior model and textures by
Manfred Jahn, FDE by Paul Edwards, panel by Phil Perrott (Alphasim),
Paul Edwards, and Lars Fors. A dedicated AI version has been released
separately. The textures in this package represent MW207 of 246 Squadron
RAF, BOAC G-AGNP ("Manchester"), and Skyways G-AHEY. The Flight dynamics are
for a York fitted with Merlin-500 series engines.
