Timberline Lodge V1.0

File Description:
Timberline Lodge-gmax version1.0 for FS2004. This scenery focuses on Timberline Lodge (National Historic Landmark) located on Mt. Hood, Oregon and includes a helipad with night lighting effects. On June 11, 1936, at the brutal height of the Great Depression, ground was broken for a project unique in America. Timberline Lodge was built entirely by hand, inside and out, by unemployed craftspeople hired by the Federal Works Projects Administration. The building is a tribute to their skills and a monument to a government which responded not only to the physical needs of its people in a desperate time, but also to the needs of their spirits. Additional scenery elements complied with FS Scenery Creator 1.5

Grumman C-1A Trader vers 1.1

File Description:

Grumman C-1A Trader from USS Lexington CVT-16 circa 1976. The C-1A Trader is a S-2 Tracker variant that was designed as a Carrier Onboard Delivery (COD) aircraft to provide passenger, mail and cargo services to deployed carriers. First flown in 1955, the last Trader was retired in 1988. This C-1A (BuNo 136754) entered the Naval Aviation Museum collection from the USS Lexington (CVT-16) in 1976 following completion of its 15,000 service life hours. Includes folding wings.

Bell P39D Airacobra

File Description:
This early WW2 fighter is unique in having the engine behind the pilot with a driveshaft running forward under the floor. This configuration allowed a cannon to be mounted concentric with the propeller. Originally released for FS2002, the VC has now been reworked with more detail added and selectable switches. Flight dynamics have been improved. A 2D panel is not included.
