Welcome to New Plymouth, a medium sized domestic airport in the Taranaki district, on the central west coast of the North Island of New Zealand.
This new "Version-2" uses PHOTOREAL buildings for the airport,(textures included), instead of object library items, for most buildings. Some EZ Scenery libraries are still required (see INSTALL instructions for details).

Seeing that I've lived in the Detroit area my entire life, I can ensure you that I paid close attention to the details that contribute to the paint of my hometown airline. These are TEXTURES ONLY. These textures are saved in a combination of 32 bit and DXT3 formats to ensure optimum quality, while not sacrificing performance.

American Airlines are probably the largest airline in the world; their current fleet comprises a total of 735 aircraft, of which 77 are Boeing 737-800. This is a repaint of N974AN, (Boeing construction number 30098, line number 977), which took her first flight on the 10th of October, 2001, and was delivered to American on the 31st of the same month. | GAF Government Aircraft Factories Nomad 24 |

File Description:
The Australian built GAF Nomad (GAF - Government Aircraft Factories) was manufactured in the 1970's. This model, GAF Nomad 24, could carry 17 passengers. This aircraft has been made primarily for AI purposes but actually also flies well as an ordinary aircraft. This Gmax model has 6 LODs with only 2510 polygons (triangles) for the main model. I am indebted to Ray Blake who has made all the textures (six) for this package.
There are two separate paintkits being posted to Avsim. The first is the default which will suit most painters needs. The second uses the "tfslg" model (top fuselage) and provides for detail on top of the fuselage and was used for the army aircraft camouflage texture which is part of this package.
