Beechcraft D18S Amphibian Version 2 for FS2004/FS9 by Milton Shupe, Scott Thomas, Andre Folkers and Urs Burkhardt.
VC Amphibian model only; Pkg incl an Amphibian in Cargo and Passenger versions and features a beautiful custom era correct panel and easy-to-read virtual cockpit, photoreal exterior textures and gauges, matching interior, VC gauge backlighting, specular highlites in the VC and Html checklists. Original Mike Hambly Sounds are customized for the D18S Amphib by Scott Thomas. Bill "Lionheart" Ortis provided the original pontoon Gmax source modified by Milton Shupe, with Ortis textures modified by John Terrell. Cargo textures are by Andre Folkers and Passenger textures by Urs Burkhardt. Support website and contact info in documentation. Auto or Manual Installation.

| Runway Ground Roll Sound for Jets |

File Description:
After years of research watching airliner videos, flying real airplanes into and out of big airports where runways are filled with sounds from the centerline lighting, bumps, and pavement gaps - I have perfected the ground roll sound.
I find this one so bold, clean and clear, that nothing else compares. I have tried them all... ones with freeware and payware aircraft. Assembled myself over one month time. Recommended for 1Gig memory computers ONLY. Anything less may cause a pause during touchdown as sound must load. On a 1Gig machine, there is no pause and the touchdown followed by rolling on landing is awesome. Takeoffs are as loud and rumbly as they should be! You'll experience rattles, centerline clump clump clump and more!

The day after I uploaded my repaint for the KLM Aerocarto DH-89B Dominie, I was confronted with to me unknown close-up photos of this aircraft after her unfortunate but not too harmful nose-over when her blocked main wheels had touched the runway at Schiphol after a photo flight on 5 May 1959. (the poor pilot had pulled the handle for the wheelbrakes instead of the flap handle.) It turned out that I used an incorrect font for the name under the cockpit and that the rudder needed a bit more red paint. Luckily, the underside of the plane's fuselage had become perfectly visible, so the installation of the photocamera in the fuselage could be added to the repaint too. Hence this fix which makes this FS2004 version of PH-OTA just that bit more realistic. My apologies for anu inconvenience.

The model features all you have come to expect from a 3rd generation AI aircraft, with moving parts, realistic gear bays, detailed modeling and texturing. Features XML Takeoff flap code, new Specular highlights and a new FDE. Includes four models, Standard APU, No APU, Skyworks Airlines VHF Radar antenna and the AMSA waether radar config. This sound.cfg replaces the one uploaded in August 2008. Both the interior and exterior sounds have been improved. Please replace the sound.cfg you already downloaded by this new one. In my search for a good sound for the Douglas DC-6/-6A/-6B/-6C, XC-112A/YC-112A, VC-118, the C-118A/R6D-1 series and the Canadair C-5, I struck on the fabulous soundpack for the beautiful Douglas A-26 Invader of Milton Shupe and the Sim-Outhouse Team, made by David C. Copley. Most of the wav-files in this soundpack are recordings of the Pratt & Whitney Double Wasp R-2800 engines of an A-26 Invader. Having studied the Invaders sound pack, I discovered that by ‘tweaking’ the sound.cfg, particularly with regard to the exterior sounds, it became possible to develop a good exterior DC-6 sound (4 engines). No changes were made to the wav-files, as I didn’t want to modify them; the
wav-files just sound wonderful. In order to make your system reproduce the DC-6 sound, first download from www.sim-outhouse.com the great Douglas A-26 Invader package and enjoy flying that plane. Then copy the sound pack of the A-26 to the DC-6, and replace the existing sound.cfg by the revised one you just downloaded. This DC-6 sound has been tested in FS2004 only. Special thanks to David C. Copley who gave his permission to upload the modified sound.cfg as freeware, with limited distribution, at Sim-Outhouse.com and Avsim.com. File Description:
This beautiful aircraft was the first A330 in the Air China fleet of wide bodies. It was delivered to Air China with much fanfare on June 16, 2006. This aircraft bears registration B-6070. This bird is powered by the Rolls Royce Trent engines, and you will see the distinct RR logo on the engines. The Air China livery is stately and elegant; especially the tail logo. I paid attention to accuracy and detail as much as possible and created this repaint with sharp and crisply painted details.
The textures in this repaint are all 32-bit with no mips. This is a full install package; POSKY model and air files included. Sounds are default B737. NOTE: This is a re-upload due the the AVSIM site compromise.

This is the ninth release package of 31 EditVoicepack files for FS2004/FSX by the Alpha India Tower Group. This package includes all previously released files since Package Release 8. Our goal is to provide accurate ATC calls in order to provide Microsoft Flight Simulator traffic with quality ATC.
