File Description:
Curtiss C-46 Commando for AI Traffic. The C-46 first flew in 1940, serving most notably in the China-Burma-India theatre of WWII, although it also served in the Pacific and European theatres. Eclipsed by larger, pressurized propliners post-WWII, the C-46 was relegated into the cargo role, where it has aged very gracefully over the decades, with a few still in service here and there. I present an 8-LOD AI traffic model to bring this vintage transport aircraft to the flightsim world. This package includes eight models, 66 repaints, and Photoshop repainting resources. This is an FS9-native model, so it is compatible in FSX but not P3D. Aircraft model, flight dynamics, and repaints by Michael Pearson.

Two aircraft from the original package were missing some minor animations, and this file fixes that. Additionally, I have included three variants planned but never built by Sukhoi. Sukhoi Su-15 Flagon. I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this cold warrior of military jet history. Going into production in 1962, 1,290 aircraft served thirty-four years in the Soviet, Russian, and Ukrainian air forces. The Su-15 was designed as a follow-on interceptor to the Su-9/11 series, and had the notoriety of being the shoot-down aircraft in the Korean Airlines Flight 007 incident in 1983. An original 7-LOD model brings this historic aircraft to the flightsim world. This package represents the Su-15 (in five model variations) through the span of its entire career with the Soviet Union, Russian Federation, and Ukraine; with a total of 20 models and 58 repaints. Additional paints cover unofficial use by Egypt in the 1970s, and a short, unfulfilled ownership by Georgia after the Soviet break-up (Georgia traded up for Su-25s).
