Boeing’s rule this pack. Newbies are the Posky 743 and 744. With Finland behind us we make stops in Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgystan, and Uzbekistan. Landing at UT0B should keep you alert and busy. Look for large blue and white aircraft hangers at UTTT. Thunderstorms in winter? You will fly into one. Some light snow but lots of good weather.

So far, you have survived Hopping Round the World Adventure Pack 1. Landing the second leg was quite an eye opener about what is in store in this adventure. Some airports seem to disappear right before your eyes while landing. Put that IFR to use or you're done for. Mountains and hilltops to close for comfort? As your adventure continues over the Brazilian landscape you end up in the Amazon. Handle that Boeing 747-400 Cargo as you complete the last leg. More real-world weather and sim surprises for sure. Hotel, Roger, Whiskey. Cleared for takeoff!

The Learjet’s position automatically tops off your tanks prior to departing the second leg. Hope you enjoy night flying cause the sun hardly makes it past the horizon. You will witness the most surprising sunrise yet. Is the sun misplaced in FS2004? Once you leave Sondestrom airport you will enjoy your next landing. With heavy rain at departure from BIPA you have an interesting landing at BIIS in Iceland. Did you abort your landing?

We make stops in India (5), Bangladesh, Bhutan and China (3). The only newbie to this pack is the HJG Boeing 720. Is leg 0549 the hardest leg in the HRW? You decide! Fly the A319 into a high altitude landing that is very steep and requires every ounce of skill you possess. Don’t miss the volcanic lake on the mountaintop. The scenery is absolutely stunning. WOW – 547 takeoffs/landings, 66 aircraft types flown and 99,060 miles behind us.

Hopping Round the World Adventure - Pack 61

File Description:
We make stops in New Zealand (6), New Caledonia (2) and Vanuatu (2). The King Air 350 gets us going in this pack and in a latter leg bounces around like a pinball with thunderstorms in the vicinity. The Concorde did very well in landing in such choppy air but enough to make any passenger scared. We are now doing some Pacific Island hopping then it’s onto Hawaii! Hang in there, lots more miles to fly…

Look for the first airport tower in a camper trailer in this HRW Adventure. Lots of good scenery and clear blue skies! Watch out for some cross winds on landings that could surprise you. File Description:
We have 8 takeoffs in the Philippines, 1 in Taiwan and 1 in Hong Kong. What a fun ride into Manila! Still haven’t seen any jeepneys. Can you land safely at high altitude in Baguio while fighting severe cross winds in less than ideal conditions? Enjoy downtown Hong Kong in the distance before taking off and heading over the mountain and down for a steep landing in your Cessna. So far, 697 takeoffs/landings and 131,406 miles flown!
