File Description: The archipielago of the Bahamas this located in the atlantic ocean to the south east of Florida. The main islands are Andros,Gran Abaco,Inagua,Gran bahama,long Island,Ackins,Eleuthera,Cat island,Exuma, Mayaguana,,Croked, New Providence,San Salvador,Nassau with the great casino Atlantis. The surface of the archipielago is 13.950 kms2. The present scenery contains 29 islands, 146 towns and inhabited places, 58 aerodromes of all the categories.

Halcyon Air Cape Verde Winter 2008 / Spring 2009

File Description:
Timetable flightplans for Halcyon Air Cape Verde for 26 October 2008 to 28 March 2009. A new airline which provides an air link between the main islands within the Cape Verde republic began business on March 1st. Halcyon Air runs daily flights between the three most populated islands of Santiago, Sal and Sao Vicente, as well as four weekly flights to Boavista Island and two flights per week between Sal, Santiago's capital Praia and the volcanic Fogo islands. Fleet is : 1 ATR42-300 (D4-CBQ). Halcyon Air operates between Sal, Praia, Sao Vicente and Boavista. Repaint: (On Avsim.com) -> d4-cbq.zip by Uwe Hoffmann. This schedule is 100% accurate based on a timetable received from the airline in PDF format.

DHC-6 Twin Otter - MACKEY INTERNATIONAL

File Description:
This repaint is for the excellent Twin Otter of Premier Aircraft Design. In the 70's Mackey International mainly flew between points in Florida, USA to many places in The Bahamas like Bimini, Freeport, Nassau as well as the Turks & Caicos Islands. Besides the larger DC-6’s and CV-440’s they also operated a fleet of smaller aircraft like the DHC-6 Twin Otter, Shorts Skyvan and Piper PA-31. These were used on routes to the smaller islands with less passenger traffic as well as islands that did not physically accomodate the larger aircraft. This repaint shows DHC-6 Twin Otter N955JM in the Mackey livery of that period.
