easyJet is a British airline carrier based at London Luton Airport. It is the largest airline of the United Kingdom, measured by number of passengers carried, operating domestic and international scheduled services on over 600 routes in 32 countries. easyJet has seen rapid expansion having grown through a combination of acquisitions and base openings fuelled by consumer demand for low-cost air travel. The airline, along with subsidiary airline easyJet Switzerland, now operates over 200 aircraft, mostly Airbus A319. It has 23 bases across Europe, UK, the largest being Gatwick. In 2012, easyJet carried over 50Â million passengers and is the second-largest low-cost carrier in Europe, behind Ryanair.
easyJet livery is painted on Project Airbus's Airbus A319-111 model (included). The textures are saved in 32bit format for quality graphics. Textures are also characterized by HD (High Definition). Its features are idle-reverser animation, animated pack vents and pressurisation outflow valve, detailed textures, accurate paint, dynamic shine & effects, dynamic flexing wings that respond to turbulence, fully independent suspension, trim animation, gear steering, accurate flight dynamics, spoiler animation, reflective cockpit windows, improved wingflex code with input from several new parameters including ground spoilers, fuel load, and angle of attack, transparent navigation light lenses and many more. Norwegian Air Shuttle operates "long-haul" flights to Asia and the United States through two fully owned subsidiaries, Norwegian Long Haul AS and Norwegian Air International Limited. The two subsidiaries operate Boeing 787 Dreamliners. Norwegian Long Haul is registered in Norway, and is managed by Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA from its head office at Fornebu. Norwegian Air International is registered in Ireland and has its head office in Dublin. Norwegian Long Haul does not operate any own routes, but instead its capacity is used to operate the routes of parent company Norwegian Air Shuttle to Asia and North America.

| Fairchild C-82A Packet (Project Phoenix) |

File Description:
First and foremost, this aircraft package is dedicated to the memory of the late Paul Mantz, a veteran stunt pilot who gave his life in the making of the 1965, 20th Century Fox movie, “Flight of the Phoenix” starring James Stewart and a strong cast of other well known actors.
This package contains not only the C-82 Packet, but, as a special feature, “The Phoenix” as well. For those of you who have not seen this classic, you are missing a real jewel. It can still be obtained in VHS or DVD at www.amazon.com I highly recommend it.
The C-82 comes in three paint schemes, U.S.A.F., Bush Flying Unlimited, and of course, Arabco Oil. The Phoenix is painted as it was in the movie. Both aircraft have excellent panels built by K. Mitchell and the C-82 possesses a very nice virtual cockpit on par with that found in the C-119; previously released. These are DXT-3 textures with no mip-maps to preserve image clarity. I chose this format in the attempt to maintain a minimal upload/download package size. I will be following up with individual texture replacement packages in 32-bit for those who wish them.
I hope you enjoy this flightsim model as much as I did putting this package together. I could not have done so without the excellent help and work of Daisuke Yamamoto, Herb Morse, K. Mitchell, Mike Hambly, and Brent Hricziscse.

File Description:
These lights you place by yourself for those private airstirps at home or un-monitored airfields at night. This download contains two libraries. Both are indentical except one is controlled by nav2; the other one is controlled by ADF. Nav2 2 will light up day or night. ADF will light up at night only, no dusk\dawn. ADF just appears at night. Nav2 is animated... pops up out of the ground. Turn them off and they disappear into the ground, leaving only the day version (lamps out). No texutre files are needed except for the display I included. For that all is included here. This display shows all lights together and shows how they work. Please read the mustreadme file completely as well as the readme file in one of the included folders. Thanks to David (Opa) Marshall for his inspiration in this and his beta testing and John B. Loney's help as well, who, btw is working on a couple of nice sceneries in CA. One will have a 18 hole golf course with it. Have fun and enjoy. Bob

The base packs are due out on May 5th or 6th, but since I will not be there on release day I am releasing my textures early. I did 7 in all, so watch for them! And yes, most are fictional as the Emb 170 does not have many operators at the moment. Instructions included for installation once the base packs come out.

Enhanced sound files for the "sounds" program by José Oliveira and Jorge Filipe. This enhancement eliminates virtually all of the background recording "noise" in the original MP3 files used in the sounds program. Prior installation of "sounds.zip" - available at Avsim.com is required. Sounds provides daytime and nightime sounds when your aircraft engine is shut down - excellent for GA aircraft at smaller airfields. Compiled by David Marshall. Unzip to a temporary folder and follow the simple installation instructions.
