Frigate Bird II - The Return Flight

File Description:
By 1951 the final ocean to be traversed for air travel was the South Pacific between Australia and South America. On 13 March 1951 Cpt. P.G. Taylor set off from the flying boat base at Rose Bay in Sydney with a crew of four and arrived in Valparaiso on 26th. March. (see fbird_51.zip for this outward flight). The return flight - which is represented by this file - was made on 4th. April 1951 with the Frigate Bird II arriving home to Sydney on 21st. April. The aircraft was subsequently presented to Captain Taylor by the then Prime Minister, Sir Robert Menzies, in recognition of the first air-crossing of the South Pacific Ocean and other pioneering flights.

File Description:
AFCAD2 File for FS2004 of Hong Kong Chek Lap Kok International Airport (VHHH/HKG). Jetways on all gates match up with default Boeing 747-400 opening doors, but 747s will only park at specific gates. Numbers as accurate as possible. Also added some cargo parking. Maintenance apron not changed. Taxiway designations not changed. Also added runway overrun area on each runway.

File Description: This FS2004 repaint represents the latest Virgin Atlantic livery of G-VROC announced in July 2010. The aircraft was hand painted using the PMDG paintkit and features DDS DXT3. This is my interpretation based on limited photos of G-VROC available at this time. PMDG 747-400 for FS2004 required. See readme for important installation instructions and enjoy the repaint.
