File Description:
TDS Boeing P-8A Poseidon VP-62. Patrol Squadron SIX TWO (VP-62), Broad Arrows, is located at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida. VP-62 maintains assigned personnel, aircraft and equipment in a state of readiness and availability which allows rapid deployment to meet crisis response and wartime mobilization requirements and provides peacetime contributory support to the fleet. The squadron currently flies the P-3 Orion, and is scheduled to transition to the P-8A Poseidon. This is not fictional but instead my rendering of what it may look like. Subject to change. Model design by Hiroshi Igami. Flight dynamics design by Nick Wilkinson and David Biggar. Master textures by Kyle Schurb.

A-10C "Precision Engagement" upgrade for Kazunori Ito's A-10A. This package adds a second panel that closely resembles the new A-10C panel as well as a repaint for the testbed aircraft, 81-0989, flown by the 40th FLTS at Eglin AFB. The A-10C will feature dual MFDs, upgraded avionics (including GPS), datalinks, an advanced targeting pod (such as the Sniper) and precision munitions capabilities (laser and GPS weapons). File Description:
Boeing C-17 Globemaster III, 517th Airlift Squadron, Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. This unit is slated to activate sometime in 2007, and begin operating the C-17. My thanks to Matthew Schweizer for giving his consent for me to use his (Mike Stone) model paint as a basis for my own conceptual paint of this aircraft. Additionally, I have included a small fix for my previous three paints for this model, the US Air Force lettering is now visible on both sides. This repaint utilized FSD's payware C-17 model which can be found on their website. This is an excellent aircraft, with lots of detail and flyability. Aircraft, base textures, and paint kit by FSD.
