Augustine Island, Alaska

File Description:
There is actually a Volcano located on this big Island. I have put a series of airstrips around the area and up twards the Volcano area itself. The airstrips are; 1.Pierce Float Base. 2.Panalak Airstrip. 3.Easton Range.Airstrip 4.Tulak Point.Airstrip/Float 5.Jack's Peak. Airstrip. I made this scenery for my own pleasure, so I could enjoy the new aircraft that are coming out. The idea is, to be able to go around the island and do touch and go's at the different strips and just nose around. Jacks Peak is at 1189' Msl. It is a good one for taking off and having the ground fall out from under you as you pass the end of the runway. Kind of a wierd sensation to say the least. Hope you enjoy this scenery as much as I do flying around it and actually creating it.

Hokitika Airport, New Zealand.

File Description:
Hokitika is a small town situated on the West Coast of the south island of New Zealand and was first settled in the 1860’s following the discovery of gold. It developed into a thriving mining town and an important port. The first settlers were John Hudson and James Price who set up a store on the banks of the Hokitika River in 1865 to cater for the miners pouring in following the gold strike in 1864. In 1866, with a population of more than 6000 the town was almost twice it’s present size. People were either digging for gold along the banks of the river or servicing the gold mining industry which had spread along rivers in the region.

Morrisville/Stowe State Airport (KMVL)

File Description:
Flight Simulator 2002 scenery add on for Morrisville/Stowe State Airport (KMVL) in Morrisville Vermont. This is my "interperatation" of KMVL. It is about 75% accurate as far as building placement and type. I probably will be doing an update for it at a later date when I can get some better photos of the airport to work from. I think I have captured the "feel" of Morrisville though. Morrisville has considerable sailplane activity and I have included several static sailplanes in the scenery. Lago Flight Sim Scenery Enhancer required for full details (vegitation, street lights, and some static vehicles).
