Mikonos and Ikaria Island Airports

File Description:
FS2002 Mikonos LGMK and Ikaria LGIK of the Aegean sea in Greece. Two typical summer holiday destinations in Hellas. The scenery represents Mikonos and Ikaria Island Regional Airports. Several objects like trucks, houses, stones, fences, and proper photorealistic textures have been used to make this airport as real as it gets and help the scale perception of the pilot. Special care has been taken for night lighting. Ikaria, a mountainous, thickly forested island, perpetuates the myth of Ikarus and his fall into the sea near its south shores after his bold attempt to reach the sun with his waxen wings. Mikonos in the center of Aegean sea, has been one of the best keeper of traditional Aegean architecture and is well known for it's popular golden sandy beaches and ecstatic nightlife. It is called "The island of winds" and indeed it is. Most frequent North winds have no physical barrier, all the way from Northern Greece, to weaken them and the constant seabed from there helps the increase of wind's speed by the time it reaches Mikonos. Beware of steep rising terrain and the wind gusts and downdrafts on short finals. Use this scenery preferably tohether with the free Greek Mesh Scenery by Babis Perivolas.

Davison Army Air Field (KDAA) V1.0

File Description:
This package contains a fictional representation of Davison Army Air Field, Alabama, a small auxillary airfield used by Ft Belvior, Virgina, near Washington, D.C. The airfield has hangars, fuel pits, vehicles, water, radar, and radio towers, administration and living quarters. There is a snack bar with picnic tables near the tower to grab a bite, and a couple of jet training aircraft stopping off on a cross country flight. Watch out for construction on the field as well as wildlife. Third in the US Army Virtual series by Kyle Ramsey, tested in FS2002 only.

Halifax International Approach Beacons. Version 1.1

File Description:
This scenery file is compatible with the default FS2002 scenery but is meant as a replacement for the CYHZNAV.bgl file that comes with the addon scenery for CYHZ. The approach beacons for Halifax have recently gone through a name change and IDENT change. This file will update to the new IDENTS.

Hua Hin Thailand - VTPH

File Description:
Small airport used for training in Thailand. It is also served by Bangkok Air with flights to Bangkok and Koh Samui. Some crucial elements of the airport were made possible due to the release of the SDK's - the shoreline and some roads had to be moved. AFCAD and Landclass files are included. By Martin Strong.

Aleutian Islands Scenery Enhancement - Part I

File Description:
This scenery enhances the Aleutian Islands in Alaska. Over 80 small, individual scenery areas have been added to the Aleutians to provide VFR landmarks while flying this area with World Aeronautical Charts. (WAC) All cabin and building markers from WAC charts CE-12 and CE-13 are present in the scenery. It consists mostly of cabins which are spread out through the Aleutians. Unalaska has been completely enhanced, adding the city, ships, and docks to the default airport. Some floatbases (not covered by Dave's scenery) in the Aleutians now have corresponding cabins and wood docks around them. This scenery is fully compatible with Dave Erickson's "Alaskan Docks 2" scenery, and is HIGHLY recommended, as I did not touch any of the areas which are covered by that scenery, except for Unalaska, for which I used a city map to recreate and upgrade. SMG's Center Mesh Scenery Patch - Spain

File Description:
This scenery tries to cover two small areas that stay uncovered by SMG sceneries in Spain. First patch covers a 34 lod9 border line between Portugal and Spain (including Badajoz Airbase) and second one covers a 26 lod9 area beetwen center scenery and Andalousia's Mesh scenery by Roberto López. This last file includes Albacete - Los Llanos airbase.
