Patches for LOD7/LOD9 Terrain Meshes of British Columbia and Southeast Alaska

File Description:
Patches (flatten files) for 108 lakes in British Columbia and Southeast Alaska that were either sunken below or raised above the terrain surface due to discrepancies between my add-on LOD7 and LOD9 mesh files and FS2002's default scenery. In some areas, such as the Prince George/Burns Lake region, the effect of the patches is obvious even from a great distance; in other areas, you'll have to be close to the lake to notice the difference. Also included are flatten files for nine airfields that had problems with sloping terrain or texture "bleed-through".

Hillman Farm Western Australia v2

File Description:
The heritage listed Hillman World War 2 emergency airstrip was built on private property from red gravel taken from a rise 400 metres away which is now the home of the Darkan Raceway and the Hillman Farm Skydivers. The airstrip is situated between Dardadine and Hillman Sidings on the now disused Narrogin – Collie Rail line. The strategic position was placed to give aircraft time to gain altitude before reaching the coast. This scenery was made using Airport 2.9 Build 26 and if installed as instructed will not alter your scenery.cfg. Can be saved over version 1. Thanks to Steve James for his advice.

Coldstream Airfield

File Description:
Coldstream airfield is a pretty little airfield and home to the Royal Victorian Aero club. It is located in the beautiful Yarra Valley, making this a very desirable location to fly from. This scenery captures the airfield in superb detail, right down to the static aircraft, fences, road with cars and accurate placement of trees and buildings. As a bonus, I've also included a number of private strips scattered across the picturesque Yarra Valley. Also, You'll find a remote control plane flying site just west of Lilydale airstrip to practice your short field landing skills on! Have Fun!

Newburgh Stewart International KSWF V1.0

File Description:
Newburgh, NY's Stewart International Airport. Scenery includes gates, static aircraft and ground vehicles, custom buildings integrated into FS2002's default buildings when set to high density. You'll find a nice terminal with a start location at one of the two gates, a maintenance hangar and offices for WWAL, an FBO, fire station, 105th Airlift Sqdrn, Army helicopters, and other eye candy. Includes a lite file with no static aircraft for those who perfer not to use them. Also incudes a radio navigation course to test your VOR and NDB navigation skills, with floating targets to confirm checkpoints. Requires NOVA textures, a freeware download. Rotterdam Zestienhoven (EHRD)

File Description:
Enhancement made with FSSE. For use with NL2000 V2 FS2K2 only. To make the NL2000 scenery come to life, I have created this FSSE file. At the airport are now various static planes at the general aviation parking, and at the 'Rotterdam Aeroclub'. At the ramp people are boarding, maintenance personnel is working, and loading cargo. The Fire Dept. is having a training at their training site. Various airport vehicles can be seen all over the area. I have also added some fences, a large car park and gas station at the entrance of the airport. Take a look around, I hope you'll like it!

Big Cypress Swamp Airstrips

File Description:
A package of 3 'bush-style' airstrips set in Big Cypress National Preserve, Florida - something of a rare destination for most FS2002 bush pilots! They're not to be confused with the nearby 5600ft paved runway owned by the Seminole Indian tribe: these are all just very rudimentary dirt or grass strips in the middle of a swamp. The airstrips do exist in reality, however based on recent satellite imagery I think they're now disused. A second cluster of Big Cypress airstrips can be found further south (across Alligator Alley) although these being very slightly more developed are part of the default FS2002 scenery library.

Airport Environment Upgrade v2.0

File Description:
Airport Environment Upgrade II - These textures will significantly enhance world-wide airport scenery. The upgrade includes ramps, taxiways, runways, airport lighting, a few of the more common terminal buildings, and some hangars. Both day and night textures are included. A great deal of effort was made to reproduce colors and details as they appear in real life. This version includes the fix for the missing ramp/ taxiway textures by including the files in .r8 format. Also included are new high-contrast airport markings, improved runway textures, better airport/ aircraft lighting, and a new pavement texture over-lay. Montego Bay (Sangster) International Airport

File Description:
This scenery depicts the Sangster International airport in Montego Bay, Jamaica. This is the busiest airport in Jamaica, and is the home base to Air Jamaica. Included is the Air Jamaica maintenance facilities, as well as the terminal and light craft area along with various other airport structures, and the ILS tower lights out in the ocean off the end of the runway. There are no static aircraft, and I invite anyone to create an afcad file for the abundant aircraft parking spaces at this facility. Also included are some new trees featuring a 3D coconut palm with textures by John de Langristin. This airport is currently under construction with jetways being added, and a few are depicted here.

Red Lake Cabin v2

File Description:
This is a simple fictional alaskan scenery located on the northern shore of Red Lake about 20 nm southwest of Rainy Pass (6AK). It contains a few small buildings, NDB, a waterstrip and a 600 m gravelstrip on the beach. It's not too spectacular, but a very nice starting point for bushflying. As well as it's just a few meters away from the Iditarod-Checkpoint at Finger Lake (FL - see the two flightplans included). This is an enhanced version of 'RLCABIN.zip'. I added some items, to make the place look more realistic and lively. Requires Gerrish's Trees Library v3 ('trees_v3.zip')! Works fine with both Eddie Denney's Alaska-Mesh and FS2002 Default-Mesh!
