File Description:
Scenery of 6 high altitude airports in the Western Himalaya, the northern parts of Pakistan and India, regions Jammu and Kashmir. Small jetliners are welcome; the runways are long, and the approaces are challenging. The airports are Gilgit (OPGT), Skardu (OPSD), Chilas (OPCL), Thoise (Z13Q), Srinagar (VISR) and Shimla (VISM). Gold Coast/Coolangatta International Airport

File Description:
Coolangatta Airport is located 90 k's South of Brisbane in Queensland Australia. This is a very detailed scenery with photorealistic textures adding to the realism. Abbotsford Airport

File Description:
This scenery adds a few buildings and such to CYXX, which is in Abbotsford, BC (CANADA). Please note, my design goal was not super high realism or accuracy. I just wanted to put a few building where they were supposed to be, more or less. (BTW, this is my first scenery project.) Hope you enjoy it!

Cajun Building

File Description:
This "Cajun Building" is located on our Toledo Bend airfield down in south-east Texas,right near Cajun country. The building is used as a storage facility and is not climate controlled. The results of the high humidity can be seen on the walls of the building. But you got to have these type buildings on the old grass roots airfields.

Soaring at Bishop, CA

File Description:
The mountain peaks in the area are high, the scenery is beautiful in the spring and summer and the lift is good. Come and visit the area and maybe even try to soar over to Dyer (2Q9) on the Nevada border or try to see Mammoth Yosemite (KMMH) in a sailplane. The area will make for a good weekend of soaring fun.

Phan Thiet Airfield, Vietnam - circa 1970

File Description:
A model of Phan Thiet Airfield, circa 1970. Phan Thiet AF was located atop high bluffs overlooking the South China Sea. It was home to several US Army units including the 101st Airborne. Landing at Phan Thiet could be very hazardous, due to numerous obstructions in the flight path and strong downdrafts. Therefore, pilots were advised to land only on runway 07 and take off only on runway 25.
