De Havilland Canada's Twin Otter is an all metal, high wing monoplane, powered by two wing mounted turbo shaft engines with a three blade propeller. The primary mission of the Twin Otter for the CCG is pollution patrol and other duties related to Fisheries Canada and Canadian Coast Guard programs.
