The Bolzano Challenge

File Description:
Bolzano LIPB scenery for FS2002. Bolzano airport is situated in the Dolomiti Alps of North Italy surrounded by steep rising hills. The dangerous approach for this airport is one of Europe's hardest. In the color IFR charts included you will find what it takes to do the standard landing approach for rwy 01, the standard missed approach and the standard istrument departure. In real, only authorised pilots by Italy CAA are allowed to fly this demanding approach. The approach is an offset LOCDME, with a track that maintains terrain clearance, requiring you to fly a steep descent of 5 degrees where there is no glideslope guidance. When I saw that this amazing airport is FS2002 has only a runway and tower, I decided to create this addon which is a simple enhancing scenery for an airport left out empty by MS. The scenery includes, lighted taxiways, aprons, lighted terminal and hangars, perimeter fence, extra trees and correct approach lighting. ASD Textures included.

Lockheed Hercules C130J (v.2)

File Description:
The Lockheed C130 J Hercules is the newest version of the trusty military transport aircraft. With its six-blade propellers and more powerful engines, it can fly higher, faster and further than any previous Hercules. This is my second version of this aircraft (with more than 11 000 downloads of the first one) with an all-new FSDS model. It features animation of all control surfaces, landing gear and propellers; full lighting effects; opening front door and rear cargo ramp as well as a pilot getting into- and out of the aircraft as it takes off and a flight attendant opening and closing the front door. The panel is a photo-realistic rendition, designed from photographs downloaded from the Lockheed-Martin website. It includes a Heads Up Display ("HUD"), WORKING radar unit and Multi Function Display ("MFD") for the engine-instruments ("EICAS"). A sound pack is also included. An experienced Hercules pilot checked the flight dynamics to ensure that flying this aircraft is AS REAL AS IT GETS!

Niederstetten-Army (ETHN)

File Description:
Dies ist der Bundeswehr Flugplatz NIEDERSTETTEN (ETHN) auf dem seit Mitte der 50er Jahre die Bell UH1-D stationiert ist. Von hier aus wurden über viele Jahre hinweg die AMF-Übungen der Heersflieger gestartet. Heute ist Niederstetten aber nicht nur militärisch genutzter Platz, auch einige Firmen wie EBM (Elektro-Motorenbau-Mulfingen) MHZ (Vorhangschienen) und die Firma Würth, "Der Montage Profi" starten von hier aus Ihre Reisen in alle Welt. Darüber hinaus ist ein reger Flugbetrieb auch am Wochenende zu sehen, immer dann, wenn die Bundeswehr-Flugsportgruppe und der Hohenloher Flugsport-Verein ihre Maschinen anwerfen um die Lüfte Europas zu "verunsichern".

Mid-Ohio Valley Dams & Bridges, VFR

File Description:
Many years ago, our Civil Air Patrol taught us cedets to use some of these "landmarks" in VFR navigation for our region, Mid-Ohio River Valley. These sceneries (BGL) can be installed and used "as-is." The dams and bridges are not exact replicas. Although, they do have the general shape and features as one flies near them like the real-ones do. Their surfaces are "painted", but a user may add textures for very close viewing. The macros of the tow boats, bridges and dams are included. One may wish to develope other river systems with the extra API,SCN etc. as this is Freeware.

Additional background default flightdeck sound for Dreamfleet 737-400 (or any other 737-series using this panel). Adds a realistic full stereo background avionics/airconditioning noise to the flightdeck. It can be turned on or off depending on your preference. MUST have Steve Amsden's df737_buzz.zip first! This new aircond.wav was recorded by me on a B737-800 flightdeck with GPU power supply.

Repaint of a Bell 47 G2 (N247W) owned and operated by Glacier Wings in Anchorage, Alaska, and used for charter hops to various attractions in Alaska (glaciers, Denali National Park, etc). Requires Jean-Marie Mermaz Bell 47 G2 Gmax. These textures apply only to the Gmax version of the Bell 47 G2.
