Douglas DC-3 Replacement Air Files

File Description:
These files are a recommended upgrade for the following repaints of Jan Visser's aircraft by Mark Beaumont: C-47 41-18385 (1942), C-47 Dakota RAF (2), AA 'Flagship Knoxville', Air Queensland VH-MAL, Bush Pilots Airways VH-MAL, Air Viet Nam, Airlines of NSW VH-ANR, Ansett MAL VH-MAL, Ansett PNG VH-MAL, Bahamas Airways, BBA VH-BAB, BOAC G-AGHE, Cathay Pacific 'Betsy' (3 variants), Cathay Pacific 'Nikki', Dan-Air G-AMPP, Delta Air Lines 'Ship 41', Lambair, Swiss Air Lines. Includes a more appropriate airfile (a Visser original, upgraded for FS2002) and modified AIRCRAFT.CFG file for all versions. Any further repaints will ship with these new files. Also includes select minor texture improvements. Packaged by Curt Yardey and Mark Beaumont.

Douglas DC-3 New zealand National Airways Corporation ZK-AWP

File Description:
The DC-3 ZK-AWP served with New Zealand National Airways Corporation from July 1952, and was one of the last DC-3s retired from their fleet. Initially operated as 'Powhaitere', the aircraft was named 'Kaitaia' after conversion to 'Skyliner' status in May 1963. She has more recently been fully restored in these colours. Based on Jan Visser's legendary DC-3 model for FS2000, updated for FS2002, the model includes transparent cockpit and cabin windows, nightlighting, lit 3D interior with opening passenger door, boarding ladder and other details. Includes FS2002 lights fix by Paul Pridmore. Default panel and sound.

Douglas DC-3 Delta 'Ship 41' NC28341

File Description:
Delta’s 'Ship 41', a Douglas DC-3 Dakota with Wright Cyclone powerplants, was originally delivered to Delta in 1940 and was the first DC-3 to be used by the airline on commercial services. A full restoration was completed in 1999. Based on Jan Visser's legendary DC-3 model for FS2000, updated for FS2002, this model includes Wright Cyclone engines, transparent cabin windows, nightlighting, lit 3D interior with opening passenger door, boarding ladder and other details. Includes FS2002 lights fix by Paul Pridwales. Repaint by Mark Beaumont. (J)W

BOAC Douglas DC-3 G-AGIU

File Description:
BOAC Douglas DC-3(C-47A-1-DK or Dakota III)G-AGIU, C/N 12096, ex USAAF 42-92310, another Oklahoma City produced plane,in service with the RAF as FZ561, BOAC and after with BEA named "Edward Busk". Latter with Air Mali as TZ-ABB. BOAC Dakota's fleet operated with main operation center at Whitchurch, near Bristol.In WWII time destinations were Sweden,Eire and Portugal(civilian destinations) and Cairo,Karachi as military destinations.

DC-3 Panel 2.0

File Description:
This is the second version of my DC-3 panel, I have now added an autopilot and more details on the bakground. The panel is, as the first panel, using the default FS2002 Gauges and therefore it has a high frame rate and it is not taking any unnecessary disk space.

File Description:
Simple instructions to fix the texture anomaly at dusk and dawn on the tail of the following aircraft repaints by Mark Beaumont: Air Queensland Air Cargo, BBA Cargo, Buffalo Airways C-GNPR, Bush Pilots Airways, Ansett PNG VH-MAL, Cathay Pacific "Betsy" cargo version. Also relevant to any aircraft using the DCA or TDM model base.
