New 300-m (LOD7) Terrain Mesh of British Columbia and Southeast Alaska #4 Download

File Description:
Mid-resolution (300-m) terrain mesh for the entire province of British Columbia (950,000 square km) and the Alaska panhandle southeast of N60 W139. Made from 250m-resolution source data without oversampling. Easy on frame rates and hard drive space. It transforms the rounded mountains of the default terrain mesh into a much more realistic representation of the diverse topography of this beautiful corner of the world. Experience the spectacular scenery between Vancouver and Atlin, Juneau and Fort St. John, and Mount Robson to Clayoquot Sound. Fourteen independent mesh tiles allow you to select the region(s) you like best. Several high-resolution add-on meshes will be uploaded separately. By Holger Sandmann. Part 4 of 4: All areas between 48 and 51 degrees North. Note: this part contains updated read-me.txt and .pdf files - please use these instead of the ones distributed with the first three parts!

Des Moines Int. (KDSM) Terminal Modification and Gates Download

File Description:
Modifies the terminals to more of the shape in real life. Only photos I had to go on were ones from Terraserver. Once again, I have no land based photos, so I am unsure of the appearance of the front of the terminal buildings.

Springfield-Branson Runway Extension/ILS Addition FIX Download

File Description:
Changes: I added the ILS transmitter and the glide slope antenna; removed the green surface polygon surrounding the extension. This polygon is replaced by another file uploaded to Avsim called "KSGF Runway Extension Texture Fix", which now will show the correct textures depending on the season.

BusyObjects (Alpha Preview) Download

File Description:
"BusyObjects" is a technology that exploits a new way of animating objects in static FS2k+ sceneries. It allows you to play animations at varying speeds, begin (and end) animations at any time and have complex path definitions for the animated object. Since the object is rendered at different positions for (nearly) every frame, the object transformation appears very smooth.

File Description:
AFCAD Required. This file adds 81 parking spaces to MCAS Cherry Point, NC. The parking space sizes and distribution are based on the actual squadrons stationed there and are accurate for the most part. I've also altered the runway usage to make it more realistic, details are in the included readme file.
