This a GPS-flown leisure excursion from the Great Hoosier Nation, over the Buckeye State and on to Pittsburgh PA. Enjoy the hills of Southern Indiana (you will fly right by Lake Monroe - largest lake in the state, just beyond Bloomington) before entering the flatlands of Ohio. Pittsburgh International is in the foothills of the Alleghenies and is surrounded by hills, so be careful. Val-U-Prop VA: Ernest K. Gann's 1939 Route

File Description:
Taken from the pages of "Fate is the Hunter" this is Route AM-21 that Ernest K. Gann flew as a co-pilot and pilot in DC-2's and DC-3's in 1938-1940. Included are FS2002 ATC Flight Planner legs for the flight, as well as a text file with all headings, NAVAIDS, approaches and some life-saving tips for flying the route in bad weather. This can be used in any version of FS. Can be flown ATC or as a VOR flight with ILS's, or even as an NDB-only flight in keeping with the period. This is a multi-stop flight: Newark to Wilkes-Barre; to Syracuse; to Rochester; Buffalo; Erie, and finally to Cleveland. Each leg has a separate Flight Planner leg. An official Val-U-Prop VA flight.

Dubai International Airport OMDB Single-Layer AFCAD

File Description:
This single-layer AFCAD file, named OMDBBB.txt, is an FS2002 facility file for the Dubai International Airport in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It adds as many gates as possible to the airport. The gates are logically labeled, but may not reflect their real-world equivalent. My goal was to add 'life' to the airport, not recreate an exact replica of the real thing. All runways are available for FS2K2 to select the active. The file ID is OMDB and has the following gate distribution: Heavy-3, Medium-4, Small-10, Express-0, GA-6. I have included Lee Swordy's AF Installer along with this file. It automatically installs it into FS2002. To use the installer, simply click on the file OMDBBB.txt and drag it onto the AF Installer icon.
