Los Angeles Terminal Area Chart

File Description:
The rendition of Los Angeles´ KLAX airport is one of the most detailed in FS2002 and a great starting point to explore the West Coast. The library hosts a few awesome landclass and mesh files for this area that offer an "as real as it gets" VFR experience if used with this chart. The 1:250.000 scaled chart is scanned in high resolution (8400*4700 pixel). It covers a much smaller area, but offers considerably more detail than the LA sectional. You may use this chart "as is" without any other software, but it will develop its full potential if used as moving map with SimSystem´s FSFlightMax or FSGarmin. It wouldn´t have been possible to offer this chart without Richard Harvey and his love to flightsimming, so please consider this file to be "donationware" and make a however small contribution to the Richard Harvey Endowed Scholarship.

EGLL UK2000 AFCAD 2.0

File Description:
This latest version of the EGLL AFCAD for the UK2000 scenery contains many, many tweaks which have been the result of hours of testing. These include better taxiway and parking alignment, and faster runway exiting. I hope that you will find this new version a great improvement, as it has been designed purely with the correct movements of AI traffic in mind, with as little aircraft becoming "stuck" as possible! This is virtually identical to my EGLL20.zip, but aligns aircraft with the much more realistic UK2000 airport scenery, which I was pleased to purchase. The excellent idea of using aircraft radius sizing allows the correct airlines to park at the 4 different terminals. Even better, runway use is now correct - one for take off, and one for landing. If you know how to use AFCAD you could switch these around if you wish.

Aleutian Islands Scenery Enhancement - Part I

File Description:
This scenery enhances the Aleutian Islands in Alaska. Over 80 small, individual scenery areas have been added to the Aleutians to provide VFR landmarks while flying this area with World Aeronautical Charts. (WAC) All cabin and building markers from WAC charts CE-12 and CE-13 are present in the scenery. It consists mostly of cabins which are spread out through the Aleutians. Unalaska has been completely enhanced, adding the city, ships, and docks to the default airport. Some floatbases (not covered by Dave's scenery) in the Aleutians now have corresponding cabins and wood docks around them. This scenery is fully compatible with Dave Erickson's "Alaskan Docks 2" scenery, and is HIGHLY recommended, as I did not touch any of the areas which are covered by that scenery, except for Unalaska, for which I used a city map to recreate and upgrade. Weather Center 2.1 Novice Edition

File Description:
Weather Center 2.1 is an advanced weather generation add-on module for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2000/2002. Weather Center 2.1 features a completely re-engineered weather generation core that produces some of the most realistic, generated weather environments ever seen in Flight Simulator! The new, unique "I-Field" algorithm translates automatically downloaded Internet data into a dynamic weather environment based not only on the data from the nearest reporting airport (like Weather Center 1), but on all nearby airports, which all provide some piece of the overall weather scene generated around the aircraft! The Novice edition includes a 15-minute demo period each time it is started, during which all the Expert features are enabled. After the demo period expires, there is no requirement to upgrade to the Expert edition; however, the Novice edition continues to function indefinitely with a simpler weather generation algorithm with most new core features disabled.

Agusta Bell AB-47G Hellenic Army Aviation

File Description:
Well known as "the mosquito" because its bubble shaped canopy, was the very first helicopter which entered in Hellenic Army Aviation service, back in the 60ies. These helicopters used to operate as liasons, or as forward artilery observers and also as trainers. They were painted with the olive drab standard NATO pattern or even blackcoloured. This repaint version has been specifically created as an honor to the 23rd Company of 3rd Battalion of Hellenic Army Aviation based in the historical airport of Sedes near Thessaloniki, Greece with an utility role. This "AB-47G_HA_v1.zip" package is fully compatible with FS2K2 and it contains sound, panel, checklist, and a VERY completed aircraft handbook/manual which can be read with Adobe Acrobat. This repaint was based on the original GMAX model made by Jean Marie Mermaz. This "AB-47G_HA_v1.zip" package contains visual effects, night lighting, etc.

Repaint of Muhammad Chariri 's Hawker Siddley 748 Aircraft features; 16 side polygon fuselage and engines, 3D landing gear and moving gear doors, 3D moving ailerons, spoilers, elevators, rudder. I included a modified airfile, aircraft cfg, and a panel for jetprop. Repainted by Juan Ernesto Oropeza Alvarez, Maracaibo, Venezuela. ([email protected]) ([email protected]) Aeropostal Venezuelan Airline Hawker Siddley 748-2B YV-49C Aeropostal flies the whole venezuelan territory at least the last 60 years, operating mainly from the Simón Bolívar International Airport, Maiquetía, near the capital Caracas. Aeropostal had a fleet of Avros untill 10 years ago. So, this is an attemp to show the plane in the new livery if it were today still in the fleet. I had the pleasure to fly in these plane, being a glamorous bird in the air, and one of the most great airplane I knew.

File Description:
An FS2002 GPS flight Plan. The 34th in a series of Round the World flight plans for the FS2002 default scenery. Depart Guwahati runway 02, India and arrive 1 hour 04 minutes later at Paro (VQPR) runway 33, Bhutan. A quiet and gentle flight, at least for the first 14 minutes then on entering a deep valley to start a pass storming climb into the snow capped mountains the mood of the flight changes. A session of dodging through gaps in the peaks concludes with a ‘Dive Bomber” VFR finals into a airport surrounded by very high ground and with its runway in a deep pit in a valley bottom, brings the session to an end. Pilots who have so far enjoyed the brand of fun and nonsense I call flight planning, will not be disappointed with this flight. The flight briefing (Word and text) is for a B737-400, it contains climb, cruise, top of descent and fuel loading details, waypoint timings and destination details.

Titan Airways

File Description:
Titan Airways flightplans. (done in MRAI format). They are based on some flights i had times for and cargo schedules included, some fictional charters and quite a lot of scheduled airlines flightplans like bmibaby, easyjet, Jet 2, BA, Flybe and Air Wales where by they are doing subcharters for these airlines the plans are 1hr 5 mins ahead of these scheduled airlines timetables otherwise accurate following their timetables, all flight numbers are accurate aswell. This is to stop clashes between the titan subcharter plane arriving at the airport at the same time as the real flight in like mrai plans, to avoid a clash with mrai fligthplans cos mine are in mrai format and to add realism to delays which would have happened usually if an airline has to subcharter an aircraft. Note that these are pretty much fictional fligthplans because this airline has very few schedules and sub charters its planes out to other airlines. Ive included real schedules + 1 hr 5 mins to add realism and to look like a subcharter that could possibly be done by one of the titan aircraft.

Simflyers KLAX AFCAD 2.1

File Description:
INSTRUCTIONS AND MORE INFO INCLUDED IN ZIP FILE. INCLUDES 3 OVERLAYS. Hi, I've created these AFCAD files for the Simflyers LAX scenery, as I could not find anything that was truly a; realistic, and b; functioned properly with the MS Fltsim 2002 AI. I've spent many hours testing and tweaking these AFCAD files, so I hope they are perfect enough to be widely used. However, I do stress that some previous experience of using AFCAD and changing aircraft radius sizes will be necessary. Please report any faults which may be discovered! Design tips for the future are always very useful! WHATS NEW FOR 2.1: I have changed the direction of takeoff / landing for all of the runways, as the AI appears to behave a lot better this way (less likeliness of aircraft getting stuck!). This has allowed me to move all of the runways used by the KLAX overlay to the north side of the airport, reducing the chances of aircraft landing on top of one another. KLAX also now has some extra Ramp GA Large bays to accomodate for all of the American Eagle Saab 340's! Finally, I have cleaned up the AFCAD removing unecessary nodes etc.
