Douglas DC-2 American Airlines Aircraft/Panel

File Description:
From the brilliant original of Jan Visser comes this mild repaint of his DC-2 in American Airlines livery. It is the companion aircraft to Ernest K. Gann's AM 21 flight plan (am21ekg.zip). Contains total surround panel package, including wing views by Robert and Daniel Fall; Ben Wang's AAL 1930s cabin converted to DC-2 by James Underwood (with 30s celebs), pilot's side views and a vintage panel photographed by Joseph Rhensius, Propfreak Productions. Also has authentic Douglas yoke by Mike of AirNikon. Uses Sperry Mark III by Arne Bartels, but also has pop-up default radios and GPS for the lazy. Panel uses ADF only, in keeping with the period, and features gauges by James Undrwood, Ernie Kennedy and Kevin Trinkle. Flies beautifully, with great FPS.

Full Lighting, all with individual switches. Full panel, mostly CRT with touchscreen technology (mouse). Over 130 XML original gauges including auto features (examples, auto take-off and landing). Panel sounds. 13 Integrated CRT pop-up windows, including GPS, Radios with memory banks, Clock/Timer/Alarm, fuel computers and selectors also fuel dump, FMC, working APU and AIRadar. Day/night HUDs. Auto smoke, wing fog and wingtip contrails. 3D views and DVC. Makes use of either default or FS2000 Concorde sounds. Force Feedback levels. NATO Boeing 707-329C Trainer Cargo Aircraft

File Description:
The LX-N20199 is one of several B707 stationed at Gielenkirchen in Germany as part of the NATO's AWACS fleet. They are used for training of crew and support of the E-3 AWACS. Original by Historic Jetliners Group: FSDS model by Gary Carlson, flight dynamics by Michael Verlin, master textures and night lighting by Yannick Charland. NATO repaint by Marcel Ritzema.
