Charleston International Airport KCHS Single-Layer AFCAD

File Description:
This single-layer AFCAD file, named KCHSBB.txt, is an FS2002 facility file for the Charleston International Airport in Charleston, South Carolina. It adds as many gates as possible to the airport. The gates are logically labeled, but may not reflect their real-world equivalent. My goal was to add 'life' to the airport, not recreate an exact replica of the real thing. All runways are available for FS2K2 to select the active. The file ID is KCHS and has the following gate distribution: Heavy-0, Medium-1, Small-3, Express-6, GA-7. I have included Lee Swordy's AF Installer along with this file. It automatically installs it into FS2002. To use the installer, simply click on the file KCHSBB.txt and drag it onto the AF Installer icon.

CommutAir - Continental Connection Winter 2003

File Description:
CommutAir, a Continental Connection Airline, serves 17 cities in ten states of the Northeast US and Ontario, Canada, and maintains its hub in Albany, NY. CommutAir uses just one aircraft type, the Beech 1900D. This file contains all flights of CommutAir's January 2003 schedule. All aircraft fly accurate routes with multiple legs on the correct days of the week, resulting in minimal parking time. Aircraft registration numbers are accurate CommutAir aircraft. Requires TTools v1.2 or greater by Lee Swordy. AFCAD optional if installing the included airport files.

Charlottesville-Albemarle Regional

File Description:
KCHO (number 36 in my Pennsylvania-Maryland-Virginia series)is a midsized regional airport located just east of the Blue Ridge Mountain range in Charlottesville Virginia. In real life the airport is served by US Airways Express, Continental Express, United Express, ComAir, and Colgan Airways, a regional carrier. A nice addition to this scenery would be the set of taxiway/runway signs (kcho-taxisigns.zip)for this airport uploaded by Dan Hart although I myself havent tried it yet. (This scenery requires Lago's FSSE, suppt pack 2 minimum.)

File Description:
The EMBRAER 170 is the first of a new family of twin engine jet airliners launched in June of 1999 to meet the needs of the commercial aviation industry. The first flight of the EMBRAER 170 took place on February 19, 2002. The new family, which also includes the EMBRAER 175, EMBRAER 190 and EMBRAER 195, is being developed under a multinational program of venture capital partnerships. The program, headed by Embraer, will invest around US$ 850 million, and includes partnerships with 16 globally recognized aerospace firms.

AVSIM Adventure Flights

File Description:
As part of the AVSIM "Bush Flying in FS2002" feature, these 12 bush flying adventures (plus a bonus Antarctica adventure) can be downloaded and installed, allowing you to not only read about bush flying in FS2002, but you can experience it as well. These 12 adventure flights were developed with all levels (experience) of flight simmers in mind, as each flight is rated as to difficulty, from "easy" to "very difficult" and the aircraft used include: default Cessna Caravan (amphibian and wheeled Caravan), default Bell 206 helicopter, Bob Wening-Yannick Lavigne Supercub (redcub), Bob Wening-Ron Ackerley "Wilderness Outfitters" Supercub on floats, Yannick Lavigne-Fred Banting DHC-2 Beavers, and Steven Grant's de Havilland DHC-6 Twin Otter "Argentine Air Force Arctic"! The readme file includes detailed descriptions of each individual adventure and helpful hints for their successful completion.

Lambert-St. Louis International Airport (KSTL)

File Description:
This airport took me a little while to do. Air Canada with United uses Concourse A, America West uses A, American Airlines uses all of C and D, Comair uses A, Coninental uses A, Delta uses A, KLM with Northwest uses A, Northwest uses A, Skyway uses E, United uses A, UsAir uses A, Big Sky uses E, and Southwest uses E. The gates aren't really positioned equivalent to their real life positions because I just wanted to add them to the airport. The gate numbering is somewhat similar. Runway 12R/30L and 6/24 used for takeoffs, 12L/30R and 13/31 used for landings, and 17/35 not used for anything because it's so short. If you want to use it for anything, that's cool. Read the README for more info. Needs AFCAD by Lee Swordy
