This is a repaint of Oleksiy Frolov's fantastic Dash 8 ver1.004. THIS IS TEXTURES ONLY. YOU MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL AIRCRAFT FOR THESE TO WORK. In January 2001, a newly-merged carrier called Air Canada Regional Inc. took to the skies. A wholly-owned subsidiary of Air Canada, this company combined the individual strengths of the four regional airline brands – AirBC, Air Nova, Air Ontario, and Canadian Regional. The challenging and complex process of consolidating these four companies was completed in 2002. This achievement was marked with the launch of the new name and brand -- Air Canada Jazz. Simflyers KLAX AFCAD 2.1

File Description:
INSTRUCTIONS AND MORE INFO INCLUDED IN ZIP FILE. INCLUDES 3 OVERLAYS. Hi, I've created these AFCAD files for the Simflyers LAX scenery, as I could not find anything that was truly a; realistic, and b; functioned properly with the MS Fltsim 2002 AI. I've spent many hours testing and tweaking these AFCAD files, so I hope they are perfect enough to be widely used. However, I do stress that some previous experience of using AFCAD and changing aircraft radius sizes will be necessary. Please report any faults which may be discovered! Design tips for the future are always very useful! WHATS NEW FOR 2.1: I have changed the direction of takeoff / landing for all of the runways, as the AI appears to behave a lot better this way (less likeliness of aircraft getting stuck!). This has allowed me to move all of the runways used by the KLAX overlay to the north side of the airport, reducing the chances of aircraft landing on top of one another. KLAX also now has some extra Ramp GA Large bays to accomodate for all of the American Eagle Saab 340's! Finally, I have cleaned up the AFCAD removing unecessary nodes etc.

This add-on scenery pack for FS 2002 adds 115 airfields to Victoria plus a few to NSW and South Australia, totaling to over 120 in all. The 37 airfields listed below include full detail including accurately placed and sized trees and buildings, static aircraft, fences, cars, roads with cars and streetlights and a variety of other 'eye candy'. The remaining airfields are mostly small minor/private strips and all include runway markers and a windsock but you'll find a few buildings and other scenery at some of them. Excellent for VFR flying and moderate aerobatics. Full lighting and packed with animations. Very highly detailed inside and out. A fairly fast machine required due to model complexity. No panel and uses default sounds. by Ian Lawrence. Single seat ducted fan aircraft. Offers excellent visibility for VFR flying also good speed and mauverability for moderate aerobatics or travel to all those places you always wanted to see. Manufactured with pride by Okedokae Industries for the discriminating pilot to ensure they get the most from the purely personal flying experiance, this aircraft offers comfort and luxury for the solo flyer. The spacious interior is completely upholstered in the best simu-leather money can buy. The seat is built to customer specs, made from arid-o-plast (tm), the miracle 'stays dry no matter what the conditions' material.
