Adventure GA-TN Mountain Flight

File Description:
Nice short flight from Atlanta Peachtree Dekalb airport to McGee Tyson in Knoxville, TN. See beautiful views of the Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountains. I included a couple of Metar files from the past couple of days. There can be some pretty interesting instances of wind shear to keep you awake! The clouds are particularly beautiful using the included Metars. They are from Mar 20 and 21st 2006.

This file contains 4 small utilities. BGL2BIN extracts MDL-Objects from BGL-Files and converts them into BIN-Models for FLYII. NOCRASH removes crashcode from BGL-Files. READBIN decodes BIN-Files. BGL2SHP extracts VTP-Data (Roads, Railways, Streams) and LWM-Data (Lakes, Islands) from BGL-Files and converts them into ESRI-Shapefiles.

Google Earth Tool

File Description:
This little program for FLY allows to save two types of file : a single position file and a complete path file for Google Earth program (Each leg of the path is ~1NM long). It also allows to create a direct link between a Google Earth window and an instance of Fly! and to follow your position on the Google view. In a LAN you can point with Google Earth to the fly! kml files directly.
