Air Feedback DLL V1.00

This DLL try to enhance pilot feeling in Fly! II. It's designed for DirectX compatible force feedback joystick owners. Comparing to "ForceFed DLL" written by Josh Gibbs, I've tried to add some acceleration and hardness effects all along the flight. Many parameters can be customised through a .INI file.
