Towers and Beacons - Scenery Design - FS2004 only
This package allows the user to place towers of 3 different sizes, with or without beacons and strobes, anywhere. One tower is high-resolution and the other two are low-poly, frame-rate-friendly, all very superior to the default FS airport beacon towers. The format is XML, to be compiled with bglcomp.exe. All you need are the coordinates for where you want to place your tower. Done by Newton Drumond and Fern Marques.

This file is an update for my previous version (afcad2_yssy.zip) for the default airport with 84 gates/parking/cargo parking and for the heli pilots, the default helipad has been moved to a better position +3 more have been added and spread around the airport, aircraft parking has been tidied up as has the concrete/asphalt taxiways, also the taxiway lighting has been improved, airport views are from the control tower (only when you are in TOWER view) some gates allocated to airlines

File Description:
KMSP version 2 - Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota Afcad file. For use with default FS2002 scenery. No overlays. Adds many gates as I could fit (total gates is 155 including cargo, GA, etc). 12L/30R is the landing runway, 12R/30L is for take-off. Changes Tower viewpoint to actual tower location and height. Changes from previous version include adding 5 cargo gates, 12 overflow parking spots, and fixes some parking issues I had found. View the ReadMe.txt for full details of this version.

This airport was designed with the latest version of ADE (Airport Design Editor) and made only for the FSX default airport: one version with the Crosswind runway activated and in full operation where all 3 runways will be used for takeoff/landing, and one version as the default runway operation: runways now corrected to 14/32, 10L/28R and 10R/28L and all approach data corrected for them, taxiways and taxi signs updated to the latest charts, assigned parking with extra parking, the gap in the main terminal at concourse A and B now has a building there, new control tower, extra fuel trucks, support vehicle roads rebuilt and many other improvements, airport views are from inside the new control tower (when in tower view) please view the readme before installation

This airport has been bought up to date and made only for FSX. The airport has now been renamed from Seeb Intl to Muscat Intl. The new midfield terminal added with the new control tower which is expected to be open later this year to complete the first phase, the new runway 8L/26R added with ILS and transitions included, the old runway decommissioned and is now taxiway F, taxiways and taxi signs updated to the latest charts, fuel trucks and support vehicle roads added, new land class for the area around the airport. I have also included Almouj Golf course which was designed by Greg Norman, fire station and many other scenery objects included. Airport views are from inside the new control tower (when in tower view). Please view the readme before installation.

This is an adaption of Ray Smith's (fsx_klas_rs.zip) scenery for KLAS. Ray has given me permission to make his file available for Prepar3D v3. There are two optional files, one file with the Crosswind runways operating where all 4 runways will be used for takeoff/landing and one file as the default P3D runway operation. Assigned parking for the gates and terminals now updated as per their website with extra parking including gates for the A380, the new control tower added, Air Cargo moved to its new location, taxiways and taxi signs updated to the latest charts, extra fuel trucks, support vehicle roads rebuilt and many other scenery improvements included. SanFran 2006 is a complete upgrade of the San Francisco scenery region, and includes AI modifications to the Unicom and tower controlled airports, a significant upgrade of San Jose International airport, a version of Oakland International airport that has been split into two separate components, hundreds of trees at virtually all of the airports and airfields, five extra real airfields (including a fully operational, tower controlled version of Hamilton AFB), a new version of Byron Municipal airport, six Unicom airports upgraded to tower control (Byron Municipal, Davis Woodland Winters, Half Moon Bay, Nut Tree, Rio Vista, and University), an animated objects package, and lots of interesting objects scattered throughout the region (marinas, parks, ports, bridges, oil terminals, electricity pylons, electrical substations, water towers, radio masts, fire lookout towers, lighthouses, and wind turbines).
