Re-upload. Lockheed L1011 in the 1970's All Nippon Airways livery. This particular aircraft, JA8506 , was flown to Australia in 1974 and used as a demo before entering service with ANA. The model is by Mike Stone. The wings, pylon, and engine textures are completely new to this model and better represent the look of the real aircraft. All textures contain a mix of 32 bit 888-8 and DXT3 formats with no mips, to insure clarity with minimal loss of frame rates plus custom alphas for realistic reflections. I recommend using the REAL Rolls Royce RB211 soundset from Skysong Soundworks and any L1011 panel by Ken Mitchell which are both available on Avsim. Enjoy !!!

Re-upload. Total Air operated the Lockheed L-1011 during the early 80's and I suspect eventually became Air America. Their livery is similar and the aircraft tail numbers were the same. The model is by Mike Stone. The wings, pylon, and engine textures are completely new to this model and better represent the look of the real aircraft. All textures contain a mix of 32 bit 888-8 and DXT3 formats, to insure clarity with minimal loss of frame rates plus custom alphas for realistic reflections. Another of the original great airlines succumbed to the corporate greed of wallstreet and the incompedence of upper level management. This file contains textures only for the beautiful Gmax model by Mike Stone. FS2004 The Lockheed L-1011 TriStar was designed as a medium to long haul airliner in the 250 seat range. The 500 was the long range model designed to make the L-1011 more competitive with the DC-10. The TriStar was well liked by pilots and passengers alike, and no greater tribute can be paid to this old workhorse than the fact that some L-1011's are still in front line service today, 36 years after its maiden flight.Self installing executable file. Developed by Mike Stone and painted by Garry Smith model includes 4 seperate liveies. Many more planes can be found at http://www.transloadairlines.com which has the largest VA fleet on the net.
