Reducing FSX Traffic speed - an Illustrated tutorial
One of the more "interesting" enhancements which Microsoft introduced in FSX is the vehicle traffic which can be seen on the highways around larger cities and airports. However many simmers feel the speed at which these vehicles travel is considerably too fast and therefore quite unrealistic. One simmer has even commented that he cannot overtake many vehicles when flying low and slow in the default Cessna.
It is quite easy to edit the speeds of such vehicles and the process has been documented in at least one forum post. However I thought it might be useful - especially for those not accustomed to working with command line interfaces - to have a tutorial available which illustrates each step.

Modifying Cockpit Nighttime Lighting in FS2004 - an Illustrated Tutorial. This tutorial will show you how to easily modify the nighttime lighting of virtually any panel. Also included is a replacement set of panel icons which can be used to light the default panel icons at night also. No programming knowledge is required. The tutorial uses the default B737-400 as an example but the concept may be applied to any panel. Please unzip (using folders option) to a temporary location and follow the tutorial instructions. Textures only for Vladimir Zhyhulskiy's An-2 (AN2T_07.ZIP).
"Fat Angie" was in operation with the aviation club Solt and used for education and training of parachutists at Bovec airstrip in the beautiful Slovenian valley of the river Soca.
