Heathrow 2008 Update missing exclude file

File Description:
I have been reminded that I had forgotten to include an exclude for the trees and houses that were in the default aerodrome. If you do not have an exclude please use the attached .bgl file kindly supplied by JR Mondano or alternatively do a permanent fix in your scenery.cfg file as described in the readme.txt file. Sorry for the omission.

It includes accurate flightplans, textures for AI Aardvark Embraer 120 and Boeing 737-200, AFCAD's for five airfields : FOGK (Koulamoutou), FOGM (Mouila), FOGO (Oyem), FOGQ (Okondja), FOOK (Makokou) , and an accurate AFCAD for an airport missing in FS9 : Gamba Airport (GAX/FOGX*). All AFCAD's have been developped using ADE9.
