Boeing 737NGX Checklist

File Description: There are already some great checklists for the PMDG NGX done by others but what I've found with these checklists is that I find them to include many steps that I normally don't perform on every single flight, things like testing all fire bells and whistles etc. So for this reason I decided to first setup the cockpit in a cold & dark state which corresponds to how the flightdeck should look like for every single switch in the cockpit according to the Boeing doc that came with the NGX after running both the shutdown and secure flows and then from this state make a checklist including all the phases of the flight from preflight at the origin to securing the a/c at the destination. Since I'm doing all my flying online I have also included items such as filing your flightplan, asking ATC for push and engine startup clearence etc. Not fully realistic to include those kind of items in a checklist but the main purpose of this checklist will be to serve as a memory note how to perform a correct flight online in the NGX. Being used to the company of a FS2Crew FO this checklist will be there to help not forgetting about any steps during all the phases of the flight. If you just like me have been looking for a simple checklist that will help you remember all the normal steps performed on a normal flight I hope you'll enjoy this checklist!

Lions Air Dornier 328 EXECJet

File Description:
With this I took some liberties... Lions Air Flies the Dornier and on their turbo prop version has what I think is quite a beautiful paint scheme... I applied (to the limits of my basic Microsoft Paint program) a close representation of this. Since they do not..to my knowledge fly the Exec Jet version... I changed a couple of things.. the LIONS AIR on the engine cowls is not quite the right size - and the Lion's Head is not quite the same - this is because I haven't yet found a clipart that is close enough to modify (However am still searching and will upload something closer when I find it, which of course will change the Cowl display.. and then I will correct the size. I included a photo of the prototype in the file so you can see for yourself. Also.. if you use a panel that includes cockpiut and cabin views like I do(I use the panel from the Fokker F100 -- hey, its close and like I would ever see the flight deck of a real 328 anyway LOL) I have included a .jpg of the Exec Cabin... just convert to a .bmp and paste over the cabin view in your favorite panel... Textures only... you will need to download the Mike Stone package... pmstone.com One last item... will also attempt to smooth out the curve... toward the center of the aircraft... this is because the fuse is in two sections... but... hey, am still an extreme novice at this

AI Gliders

File Description:
This packages is the result of my efforts to get AI-glider traffic into FS2004. Included are: -a fictional glider-airfield (my personal area51) somewhere at a quiet and flat place at Denmark. It's divided into two afcads AF2_A51A.bgl and AF2_A51B.bgl; -an AI-version of the DUO DISCUS, tweaked in a way that it takes off from the airfield (afcad A51A), fly a pattern and land at the same airfield (afcad A51B). After 30 minutes the glider does the same trick from afcad B to afcad A. And so on every hour; - an other AI-version of the DUO DISCUS, tweaked in a way that it will take off from afcad A, climb while circling and then keeps endlessly circling at an altitude of around 3000ft ASL in the surrounding of the airfield; A second glider of the same sort takes off from afcad B and also start circling endlessly. - an traffic.bgl to make the above flights possible (and the source files for it). You can use this package as an example to make your own AI-glider-airfields and AI-glider_trafficfiles. It is my intention to upload other AI-gliders in a short time. Credits go to Wolfgang Piper for his excellent gliders which inspired me to start experimenting with AI-gliders and for giving me permission to rebuild his gliders to AI-versions. Cessna C172R (G-BYES)

File Description: G-BYES, previously registered as PH-ILN, is a C172P built in 1981. It was owned by Cabair Flying Schools which went out of business in October 2011. It now has a second least of life under private ownership. As of 31/8/2013 it still hadn't been repainted so as far as I know this scheme is still current. Textures for A2A Simulation's C172R, a 'must have' for serious GA simmers!

Cessna C185F Skywagon(ZK-FMA)

File Description: ZK-FMA works for Southern Alps Air out of Wanaka Lake NZ. It was 2006 I think when, in a moment of madness, she flipped over on her roof and suffered quite a bit of damage. Being a tough old bird, she dusted herself down, got repainted and was back on the job the next day. Textures only for Carenado's C185F Skywagon Tundra. Unless you have the 'Bush' variant it won't fit!
