Walla Walla taxi sign bug-fix

File Description:
The use in my "Walla Walla controlled OT airport" upload (26 Nov 2009) of a lighted taxi sign as a moving object for adding a sound effect can cause incorrect resizing of all instances of the taxi sign. This fix circumvents the problem by moving the sound to another object.

DC-3 PSA SmileLiner
