Columbia Metropolitan Airport KCAE Single-Layer AFCAD

File Description:
This single-layer AFCAD file, named KCAEBB.txt, is an FS2002 facility file for the Columbia Metropolitan Airport in Charleston, South Carolina. It adds as many gates as possible to the airport. The gates are logically labeled, but may not reflect their real-world equivalent. My goal was to add 'life' to the airport, not recreate an exact replica of the real thing. All runways are available for FS2K2 to select the active. The file ID is KCAE and has the following gate distribution: Heavy-1, Medium-2, Small-7, Express-10, GA-11. I have included Lee Swordy's AF Installer along with this file. It automatically installs it into FS2002. To use the installer, simply click on the file KCHSBB.txt and drag it onto the AF Installer icon.

F104G Starfighter 6.4/6.51

File Description:
F104 G Starfighter v1.0 for X-Plane 6.4/6.51 Developed under weapons program 303 in the early 1950's by Lockheed's famous skunkworks the F104 was referred to as "the missile with the man in it" due to its rocket like shape. It was the first jet aircraft to exceed 1000 mph in level flight and also the first jet to exceed mach 2. Over 2500 F104s were produced for the US and for export. The F104G had a J65 10,000 lb. thrust engine without afterburning and 15,800 lb with afterburning. Some remained in active service in Tiawan into the late 1990's. Rocket assisted NF104 aircraft set an altitude record for ground takeoff aircraft of 120,800 over Rogers dry lake in December 1963. Look for more century series aircraft coming soon for X-Plane.

Mig-17 Cockpit Repaint Black

File Description:
This is version 2 of the Mig cockpit. It has the more authentic color of black and is a big improvement over the first release. The Russian lettering has also been cleaned up. This can be used while we wait for an authentic Mig-17 Cockpit (it can also be used on the Mig-19S or Mig-15). It is an A-4B pit that has been repainted. It has undergone some minor cosmetic changes and authentic Russian lettering has been added to all the gauges as well (I do not speak Russian so I am not sure what it says :-) This works in Strike Fighters project 1, Strike Fighters Gold and Wings over Vietnam. Files to make the Mig-17F and Mig-19S flyable (if needed) are also included. Brought to you by Mk2aw

Arik Air Bombardier CRJ-900 'C-FHRH' Wings of Nigeria

File Description:
Arik Air is a new startup airline in Nigeria. Part of its fleet includes this and another new CRJ-900, the first new aircraft to arrive into the country for more than 20 years, as well as 3 CRJ-200s and 2 737-300s (formerly of United Airlines.) Arik took delivery of the new CRJ-900 on June 14, 2006 and will use it to fly domestic routes throughout Nigeria and the African continent. I painted this beautiful livery from a single photograph I found on Airliners.net. For this as with all of the aircraft I paint, I paid attention to detail and realism as much as possible and generated this repaint with sharply painted details. This is a complete install; model and air files included. Default CRJ panel included also. Sounds are default Lear45.

AN-225 Final upgrade

File Description:
Flight Dynamics update for the Antonov AN-225 Required (AN225-04.zip or AN225-2.zip). Suggested Sound: lotad18t.zip Suggested Panel: cacp234e.zip Several factors have been included to create this final update/upgrade, and there will be no further on my part. Several leaps around the globe, and many hours of research have helped me perfect this aircraft as much as possible for FS2002 fans. It now contains 99% of the authentic dynamics for this aircraft, and the rest I will leave alone. The "readmefist" document explains most details, including flight instruction, and the "AN225data" text includes the aircraft details. When you this Aircraft.cfg and an225.air file to your current AN-225, you will notice substantial changes. My testing has shown that these are as correct as possible for FS2002.

Here are 2 repaints of Vistaliners fantastic 727-200 ADV. Thanks for such a incredible aircraft that is detailed and easy on almost ANY computer. To Eric Cantu for an easy to use paint kit (I used only the standard paint program.) This download includes two models - The two represent a "what of". What if Sandals resorts owned and operated a couple of 727s - one serving their "Signature Resorts" and a second providing family services to the Beaches resorts - well, it could happen! Note that the aircraft proudly sport the Sesame Street logo, as Sandals is a proud sponsor of this long running achievement in quality TV. Simflyers Washington Dulles (KIAD) with Active Crosswind Runway (v3)

File Description:
A high spec AFCAD2 for the 'Simflyers' Washigton Dulles (KIAD) scenery. This is v3 of the AFCAD and updates gate assignments to the latest specs. Independence Air has now ceased operations, so parking for this airline has been removed. United Express has been moved back to Concourse A (where they used to be) and therefore the parking area for the "invisible" Concourse G has been deleted. In order to keep things as real as possible, newly merged airlines US Airways and America West now share gates in Concourse B. In this package there are 2 AFCAD files - a crosswind runway version and a non-crosswind runway version. Note, There was an error with the v2 upload of this file, if you downloaded that version (released Jan 17th 2006), please download this version.
