Ship for FSX and FS2004. Updated version for the side wheel paddle steamer SS Hjejlen. The complete ship model with 2-D panel, VC and effects is from Claus Vendelboe Holmberg. The modified panel configuration with 8 additional virtual deck views is from Erwin Welker. You can ride on this beautyful old steamship as captain, standing on the helm in the wheelhouse, or you can enjoy a ride as passenger, beeing on the foreship, beside the wheels or at the stern.

Face On Mars

File Description:
In July, 1976, Viking Orbiter 1 was acquiring images of the Cydonia region of Mars as part of the search for potential landing sites for Viking Lander 2. On 25 July, 1976, it photographed a region of buttes and mesas along the escarpment that separates heavily cratered highlands to the south from low lying, relatively crater-free, lowland plains to the north. Among the hills was one that, to the Viking investigators scrutinizing the images for likely landing sites, resembled a face.

I have also included Sherimetyevo (UUEE) airport with lots of very accurate gates in this file. SD14 General Purpose Cargo Ship, 14,600dwt, Period 1960's On

File Description:
The 1960's designed SD14 cargo ship of 14,600dwt, was a replacement for the WW2 Liberty type ships still prevelent into the 50/60's. (These ships came just before containerisation hit mainstream freight forwarding, although some were later converted to take general cargo in holds, plus a limited number on containers on the maindeck, alongside the hatches, with others were stacked,usually 2 high, on the hatch covers.) High polygon model, 5,295. Model features closed hatches, with derricks raised.

Globe Tile 199160 (Contains Erie, PA)

File Description:
The upload has four edited gxx.trn files for Fly!2 which flatten most of the bodies of water in globe tile 199160. Erie, PA is in the NW corner of the tile. The gxx.trn files flatten the Allegheny Res and river and most of the Clarion R., esp. around Clarion Co. airport. Globe tile border areas were not edited to avoid compatibility problems with bordering globe tiles. I originally rendered the globe tile with options set for subdivideDensity=8 and subdivideTolerance=500.

Cyprus Airways Lockheed L-1011

File Description:
Cyprus Airways the national carrier of Cyprus was established in 1947. The airline currently serves 32 scheduled destinations in Europe,the middle East and Gulf area. Cyprus Airways fleet consists of 4 A310, 8 A320, and 2 brand new A319 . This is an all new model designed from scratch using GMAX. The model has a full range of animated parts including realistic slotted flaps with full night lighting. I've inlcuded a custom panel, with one catch. It uses the Concorde gauges from FS2000.

Olympic National Park Bush Scenery

File Description:
Ultra-challenging bush scenery set in Washington state's Olympic National Park, just west of Seattle. Consists mainly of small mountain lakes to test the skills of floatplane pilots, but there is also a special sloping airstrip for regular planes. There are 2 groups of scenery included: one on Mount Olympus itself, and the other just a few miles North of Emma Field in the southeast corner of the Park. Requires Steve Greenwood's Olympic National Park/Emma Field mesh (fst-30m10-wa-ef.zip).
