Active ILS - EHAM (Amsterdam - Schiphol Airport)

File Description:
As most know initiating the ILS at certain airports for AI Traffic is not a function at this time when using AFCAD2. If you add a new ILS runway to an airport such as EHAM (Schiphol 18R/36L) only the user aircraft can use this runway when visibility falls below 3 miles. ATC will no longer use this runway for AI Traffic because FS9 sees it as a visual runway. This will cause ATC to vector all your AI Traffic back to (01L/19R old numbers) 18C/36C (new numbers) which is also a Terminal departure runway. This bgl file adds all NAVAIDS for making 18R/36L a Precision Instrument Runway. All AI Aircraft will now continue to use 18R when Airport weather conditions are less than 3 miles. Castle Kennedy Airport ERAF, Stranraer, Scotland Version 2

File Description:
VERSION 2 Castle Kennedy Airport ERAF, Stranraer, Scotland The original version uploaded on 13 Mar 2011 was out of scale. Sorry my mistake! If you downloaded it please download this version to overwrite. Castle Kennedy airfield was RAF 57MU during WWII. Today it is currently used by private flyers. FSX does not have a default AFCAD for this small airport. I have called it ERAF. Afcad prepared using ADE9X. Afcad prepared from Google image and uses generic objects which only approximate the actual. The comms Tower frequency is arbitary, not actual, and has been added to allow for traffic. A traffic file is included for optional use, for flights between ERAF and a default FSX airport nearby, EGOY, West Freugh. To make EGOY available for traffic, I have prepared a new AFCAD for EGOY from the default one with added taxiways (located as per Google map) and I have also added parking.

Just For Fun 1

File Description:
Here's a little "just for fun" addition to make your GA flying in California a bit more interesting. Moffett Field, Mountain View, CA is a major landmark in the San Francisco Bay area. It is my understanding that NASA now controls this property and may convert all or a part of it to an Aviation Musuem. Microsoft elected to include the two ENORMOUS hangers that apparently were once used by the Navy to store Blimps and train crews. This scenery has the Goodyear Blimp (by Bill Lyons) doing touch and goes - taking off from inside of and landing in one of the immense hangers! Perhaps not very realistic but great fun to watch! Everything is included plus a recommendation to add John Townsend's great Hangar One scenery to the same airport. Works in FS2004 only. Dallas, Texas Love Field (KDAL) - AI Greyhound Bus Shuttle amd Scenery

File Description:
Dallas, Texas - Love Field (KDAL) Shuttle Bus Service. This package adds a fictional Shuttle Bus service (using an AI Greyhound Bus) from the GA side of the airport to the Main terminal. It is designed to compliment the Sikorsky S-76C Helijet Shuttle service - dallashj.zip and s76_dhj.zip - available from this site. At the Bus Shuttle starting location, and along the bus route, there are a few scenery enhancements created with the EZ Scenery Object Placer program. All necessary files - other than the AI Greyhound Bus - are included. This scenery is presented not only as an interesting addition to the KDAL airport, but also as a “case study” to help you add the same type of service in other suitable locations. By studying the Afcad I have created, you will quickly see how it is possible to include AI Bus service in your sceneries using the "invisible” airport technique. Please unzip this package (using folders option) to a temporary folder and carefully follow the simple installation instructions.

King Khalid AB, Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia (OEKM)

File Description:
King Khalid AB, Khamis Mushait, Saudi Arabia (OEKM) for Microsoft default scenery only. This airport is located in mountainous terrain, in the southwest corner of the country, not far from both the Red Sea coast and the border with Yemen. No material changes were made to the stock airport layout as the ramps and taxiway network were already complete and free of errors. I have added 78 parking spaces:- 23 GA; 26 Mil_combat; 10 BBJ; 8 Gate Small; 3 Gate Medium; 2 Gate Heavy; 4 Mil_Cargo; 2 Civilian cargo. Parking code settings are for SVA, SVAV, BBJ, M000-M003. At the time of writing, scheduled airlines fly to nearby Abha airport. If you use Ed Kooymans' AI flightplans then you will see some AI activity at Khamis. Flights from OEKM direct to OETB overfly Jeddah en route but, when writing your own flightplans, note that the elevation of OEKM is 6778' and local terrain is higher still.

Camden County Airport (19N), NJ

File Description:
Located 01 miles SW of Berlin, New Jersey on 75 acres of land, Camden County Airport is a small general aviation airport privately owned by Albion Airport, Inc. The airport can handle small commuter planes (like the Cessna 208B) as well as small GA craft. Tiedowns are available on both the grass turf at the west end of the airport and the tarmac on the east end. Fuel is only available on the tarmac - park next to the fuel trucks. Trees are summer time ONLY. Scenery constructed with use of Google Maps images/streetview, the author has not been there in person. This scenery is meant to be used in conjunction with MegaScenery Earth New Jersey/Delaware 004. It is not required, but apron use is minimized to allow satellite scenery to show through as much as possible, and objects are placed based on the MSE textures - lack of it may make scenery look out of place.

Rocky Mountain Airport Tour

File Description:
Rocky Mountain Airport Tour: A very hard flight plan in common GA Aircraft. I flew this with a Carenado B58. VFR Flight with wild swings in Altitudes. Maintain 16000 (One Six Thousand) feet for most of the flight to and from the airports. You will have to fly around mountains on approaches with steep short field finals. GPS flight plan is just a guide. You will have to follow the mountain passes from some airports in order to attain sufficient altitude (in some cases). Don't wimp out! Max load your plane. Country: USA State: Cololorado Start: KDRO (Make sure you start from a parking spot) End: KHDN Most difficult: Taking off at Buckhorn Ranch (8000+ feet ALT, 4000 FT Runway) Toughest area between airports: KASE to KEGE Time to compleat: about 3 hours Good Luck. File Description:
New London Airport (FAA LID: W90) is a public-use airport located six miles (10 km) southwest of the central business district of Forest, a town in Bedford County, Virginia, United States. It is privately owned by Associated Wheels Inc. It is a public airport, but usually involves GA aircraft only. On Sundays during the summer and early fall, the runway is used as a dragstrip. Originally built in 1957 as a 1/4 mile dragstrip, airport operations were added in 1961 and the facility has served a dual-purpose since. Having been under the continued guidance of Rucker Tibbs, the airport changed hands in December 2005. Changes were made based on Google Maps. Created with Airport Design Editor by ScruffyDuck Software using current FAA documentation and Google Earth measurements, this package offers a replacement for FSX's stock airport. All these enhancements are as close to the real airport as I can get with stock library objects and custom buildings.

A2A Cherokee VLIEGCLUB FLEVO textures v2.0 and A2A Cherokee Panel in KNOTS

File Description:
Since the end of March 2016 the fleet of Vliegclub Flevo changed. Vliegclub Flevo is based in Lelystad, the biggest GA Airport in the Netherlands. The PH-VFA is replaced by the G-BJSV. This package contains the old colours of the PH-VFB and PH-VFC and the new livery of the PH-DRT and the G-BJSV. The real life new livery is designed by me. I've converted the new livery to the A2A Piper Cherokee 180. In real the PH-VFB and the PH-VFC is a Piper PA28-161 Cadet. The G-BJSV is a Piper PA28-161 Arrow II and the PH-DRT is a PA28-181 Archer II. The textures have been tested with FSX only and are only made for the A2A Piper PA28-180 Cherokee.

As option you can change the A2A Cherokee Panel IAS indicator from Statute Miles to Nautical Miles.
