File Description:
This Mystic Rock Resort (Mystic Rocks Nat'l Monument) is fictitious and located 35 miles west of Ketchikan, Alaska. It's main attraction are the huge rocks left here some 2.6 million years ago, when glaciers covered the northern hemisphere - as the glaciers moved south they brought these rocks more than 600 miles leaving them at their current locations.
The resort has a water runway and helipad, two start locations, an NDB (ADF) frequency of 302.0 and many, many attractions. Your visit may lead to running tours by helo or small float plane to these geological wonders. Designed with a clean FSX installation and to enhance your FS world. FS2004 Central Airlines Convair CV-240 VBF CA-18, Convair CV-240-0, cn 74, completed on June 10, 1948 and delivered to American Airlines on June 19, 1948, registered NC94237 and named "Flagship Akron", later renamed "Flagship Lake Ontario". Bought by Central Airlines on December 15, 1960 and reregistered N74850. Converted by General Dynamics to CV-600 on July 29, 1966 and sold to Frontier Airlines on October 01, 1967. After operated by several companies cancelled from the register in August 1995. Textures and associated model file included only. Requires cv240VBFca18_basepack_010.ZIP. PMDG's excellent 737-700WL NGX painted in US Air Force C-40B Special Mission Aircraft White/blue stripe livery. The PMDG NGX base pack AND 600-700 expansion pack are required for use.
The C-40B is a special-mission aircraft that provides airlift with an office-in-the- sky environment for U.S. combatant commanders and other senior government officials. Built for the U.S. Air Force, the 737-700 aircraft is equipped with equipment and capabilities that support a rapid response for global missions. C-40Bs are equipped with the Connexion by Boeing system, providing secure in-flight broadband connectivity -- data/video transmit and receive capability -- to enhance communications, productivity and security.

File Description:
RAF Predannack was opened in May 1941 as a satellite for RAF Portraits. Accommodation was dispersed over a wide area, with officers accommodated in the Mullion Cove and Polurian Hotels. The number of personnel reached peak strength of 3,600 by 1944.
The first squadron to arrive was 247 Squadron with Hawker Hurricanes, specialising in night defence of the South West's towns and ports. The night fighting element was later augmented by 1457 Flight flying Douglas Havocs with its unsuccessful Turbinlite searchlight tactics. However, the arrival of 600 Squadron with radar equipped Bristol Beaufighters produced better results. GCI (Ground Control Interception) in the area was covered by RAF Treleaver radar station.
