Royal Hellenic Air Force, Bristol F2b Fighter "Brisfit"

File Description:
The Bristol F2b was a strange aeroplane. It looked like an "observation" plane, and although the pilot was given a fixed, forward firing Vickers, it was considered a fighter, but its main armament was the rear mounted Lewis Gun. Six "Brisfits" were used by 'ÍáõôéêÞ ÁåñïðïñéêÞ Õðçñåóßá' (Hellenic Navy Air Force) and, after , by Royal Hellenic Air Force (E.B.A.), until 1934.Textures only for Frank Elton's fs2004 model (PEGASUS AVIATION DESIGN). Royal Hellenic Air Force, Curtiss SB2C-5 'Helldiver'

File Description:
The Curtiss SB2C replaced the Douglas SBD in Nov of 1943, not well received by most Naval Dive Bomber pilots who didn't think it was a fitting replacement for the sturdy reliable and well-liked SBD. It was called the "Son of a Bitch 2nd Class ", "The Beast" and the "Big Assed Bird". E.B.A. (ÅëëçíéêÞ ÂáóéëéêÞ Áåñïðïñßá / Royal Hellenic Air Force) received more than 37 SB2C-5 since spring of 1949 and used them until the end of the Civil War against communist rebel troops. The last Hellenic "Helldiver" was retired during 1952. Texture set only for an aircraft belonged to 336th Bomber Sqdn. File Description:
Fairey Battle Mk1 Single engined light bomber.The Battle marked the end of the light bomber designation in Service squadrons.Designed in 1937 the Battle was seriously out gunned at the start of WWII. Repaint textures only for an aircraft of the 33rd Bomber Sqdn. of the Royal Hellenic Air Force (E.B.A.). Requires the original model by Carlos Josi Lagioia (batt_cjl.zip). Repaint by Manuele Villa.

Royal Hellenic Air Force, Gloster Gladiator Mk 1

File Description:
The Gloster Gladiator Mk 1 was the last British biplane fighter, a development of the Gauntlet with an enclosed single seat cockpit, cantilever landing gear and with increased armament, and a 2 blade fixed pitch propeller. First flown in 1935, the Gladiator went into service with the RAF in 1936. The Mark 1 had a 830 hp Bristol Mercury IX engine. During 1937 the R.H.A.F. (E.B.A.) received two Mk 1, bought and offered by Mr.Sarpakis. These aircrafts were used for advanced training until 1940. Complete aircraft. The original model, created by Thicko Bielat and Morton (panel), features the usual moving parts, such as all flight controls, spinning wheels and so on; navlights added. Completely new R.H.A.F. (E.B.A.)

File Description: The Gloster Gladiator Mk 2 was the last British biplane fighter, a development of the Gladiator Mk 1 with a 3 blade fixed pitch propeller. The Mark 2 had a 830 hp Bristol Mercury VIIIA engine. During the December of 1940 the R.H.A.F. (E.B.A.) received eight Mk 2 from Egypt based R.A.F. Squadrons and six Mk 2 from Greece based R.A.F. Squadrons. All these fighters armed the E.B.A.'s 21st Fighter Squadron and operated from Ioannina's airport. Complete aircraft. The original model, created by Thicko Bielat and Morton (panel), features the usual moving parts, such as all flight controls, spinning wheels and so on; navlights added by M.Villa. Two R.H.A.F. (E.B.A.) liveries. Completely new weathered textures by Manuele Villa.

Royal Hellenic Air Force, Supermarine Spitfire Mk Vb

File Description:
The Spitfire MK V was one of the best known marks, powered by the Merlin 46 of 1440 hp. It served from the Summer of 1941 on, and was the first Spitfire to serve overseas.The trop was modified to operate in dusty and adverse environments such as North Africa. The Royal Hellenic Air Force received 56 Spitfires Mk Vb/MkVc from R.A.F., during January of 1944. These planes were assigned to 335th and 336th Fighter Squadron R.H.A.F.used these Mk Vbs until 1953. 2 Textures sets (1944 camo and 1948 natural metal, textures only) for payware 'Sky Unlimited Spitfire Mk V'. Repaint by Manuele Villa.
