File Description: Fisher's Depot Is located almost due West of Kodiak, Alaska. Fisher's is a cold storage facility for fishermen to drop off their catch. Pilots and truckers can pick the fish up on ice, for the fastest, freshest delivery of fish around. The strip is 2500', and there is a dock for seaplane pickup. Fisher's also offers a small little diner to eat at, and if you want to put your feet up and catch some sleep, there is a lounge with small rooms to grab 40 winks in. This scenery does show on the GPS/MAP, and is fully compatible with default, as well as FSFreeware mesh.

File Description: Glacier Bay v2 is a complete replacement of the default FS2004 landscape and scenery of more than 90,000 square kilometers (36,000 sq miles) of Southeast Alaska and adjacent areas of Yukon and British Columbia. File 1 of 2 (also requires glbayv2b.zip)
Landscape enhancements include high-resolution terrain mesh, detailed shorelines, rivers, lakes, and glaciers, and accurate land cover data with custom seasonal ground textures. Inland water bodies can be made to "freeze over" via an on/off switch. Other landmarks include the settlements of Juneau, Haines, Skagway, Yakutat, Atlin, and Carcross as well as road and railroad networks, cabins, lodges, and lighthouses. We modeled or enhanced 16 main airfields (plus one fictitious airstrip), 20 unlisted airstrips, 16 seaplane bases, and seven heliports. We've also included AI ship traffic in various locations as well as optional flightplans for GA and floatplane AI traffic.
Glacier Bay v2 is fully compatible with other third-party add-ons, including terrain mesh (FSGlobal, FS Genesis, etc.), ground textures (Ground Environment, BEV, FScene, etc.), and landscape enhancements (Ultimate Terrain Canada/Alaska, Misty Fjords, Tongass Fjords, Freight Dogs). A configurator panel (requires .Net Framework!) allows users to set compatibility options and to choose levels of scenery detail. We provide an autoinstaller and detailed documentation with a sectional map of the coverage area and a list of weblinks to real-world information.
For feedback and questions, please visit the Glacier Bay v2 support forum at http://forums.fsaddon.eu/viewforum.php?f=10. This project is a collaboration of nine FS developers from Germany, Austria, USA, and Canada, logging more than 1000 hours of work over the past 14 months. We acknowledge the kind support of FSAddon.com. However, this project is independent of any commercial company or product. Enjoy!

File Description: Add-on meshes can greatly improve the detail of the FS terrain but often conflict with the inaccurate placement of the other default FS landscape elements, particularly in coastal and mountainous areas. This project showcases new methods and software that allow for semi-automated development of FS landscapes from accurate source data. The files completely replace the default FS landscape of Southeast Alaska's Glacier Bay National Park and the adjacent Lynn Canal area between Juneau and Skagway (N58-60 W134-138), including shorelines, islands, and lakes, as well as glaciers, landclass, man-made features, and a LOD9 (76-m) terrain mesh. Optional AI floatplane traffic at four seaplane bases is included. A LOD10 (38-m) mesh of the same area is available as a separate optional download. FS2002 users please use fs8glbay.zip instead.

File Description: This little camp in the Ketchikan, Alaska area is part of a group of fictional sceneries covering Southeast AK. Should work fine with or without Eddy Denny's terrain mesh. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have.
Menu entries on the Add-on Scenery menu will get you to the starting points. Requires trees_v3 from Garrish Gray. Includes a short dirt strip, STOL planes only need apply. It makes for a nice hop from Ketchikan, AK, and due its proximity to Moudi Farm (Najis Bush Scenery), is a good weekend camping spot for farm residents and visitors. The old cabin is boarded up and has fallen into disuse, but the landing strip is in pretty good shape, and you will usually (okay always) find campers there. Fly on in, I'm sure you'll be welcome.

File Description: This is a re-issue of my previously published landscape enhancement packages for parts of Southeast Alaska, British Columbia, Alberta, and Washington State. These files have been edited and adjusted to be fully compatible with FlightOne's "Ultimate Terrain: Canada/Alaska" product. Also, I have adjusted some of Ultimate Terrain's lake and river elevations to better fit new third-party add-on mesh files, such as the "Cordillera" mesh by FS Genesis and my freeware mesh files made for the individual coverage areas. Please note: A registered copy of "Ultimate Terrain: Canada/Alaska is required!!!

File Description: This LOD10 (38-m) add-on mesh of Glacier Bay National Park and the adjacent Lynn Canal area between Juneau and Skagway (N58-60 W134-138) is an optional (!) upgrade of gl_bay_1.zip (by Holger Sandmann and Jim Keir). It adds more detail to the mountainous areas and allows to locally override other installed Alaska add-on meshes without having to deactivate them. The USGS NED seamless digital elevation data used for this mesh have a 2-arcsec (~60-m) resolution. Thus, the compilation as LOD10 (38-m) will reveal all terrain details contained in the source data. Please read the gl_bay_1.zip read-me file for further information about the special features of the Glacier Bay Project.

File Description: Small grass airstrip scenery made with Lago's FS Enhancer for FS2004. All objects are within the air strip area so this should work on any terrain mesh. This is located in Alaska just north-east a fairly short flight from my other recent sceneries for Ellamar IZ9 and Tatitlek 7KA .
