File Description: Fouga CM-170 Magister. The little Fouga Magister was one of the main primary jet trainer aircraft in Europe in the late 1950s through the 1980s. Over 1,000 were produced, mostly for European countries, but the aircraft were also heavily exported to Africa, Asia, and Central/South America. The Magister saw extensive combat service as a close support aircraft, and is credited with at least one aerial victory (over a DC-3). An 8-LOD model brings this small-but-mighty workhorse to the AI traffic world. This package is the CM-170 in both armed and unarmed variants; with eight models and 60 repaints covering 19 of the 24 known users. Some missing countries simply do not have either serial information or photographs; or in the case of Biafra, the aircraft were destroyed on the ground in combat before they were put in service. The Magister was used for several aerial demonstration teams, but this package concentrates on the operational use of the aircraft; and to that end I include a layered Photoshop template for the truly mad and talented out there (you know who you are). Aircraft, flight dynamics, and all painting by Michael Pearson. Please read the documentation contained in the file.

File Description: This repaint ,made and released in march 2008 ,represents the Fouga Magister F-GSHG wich was flown and based at
the "Aviodrome" (The Netherlands).
This plane ,owned by the Dutch Historic Jet Associaton, was unrepairable damaged during a landing-gear-failure last year.
It is going to be replaced by a similair plane wich is already at Aviodrome for a general-overhaul.
Special thanks to the Restauravia team (France) for making this magnificent model for FS9 .
Also a big thank you to Jan Schokker who provided me with a set of fine pictures taken from the real bird , wich gave
me the opportunity to make some realistic and specific details.
This repaint only can be used in combination with the Fouga Magister. Read The readme for more information.
