File Description: This folder contains a repaint for the Grumman Goose for MSFS2020, available at sim-outhouse.com, in the colors of N13CS (c/n 1007), in the colors of Air Catalina as it looked around 1976.It was originally NC16916, before joinming the RCAF as 943. It then went to British Guyana were it crashed in 1952. It was rebuilt in Miami and then went to the Bahama's as VP-BAA.It came back to the US and joined the Avalon/Catalina fleet in 1960, flying until 1984. She was struck of the register in 1991. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by the OZx team.

Guyana Airways 707-323 Adv 1992

File Description: This is a repaint of the 707-323 Adv. in Guyana Airways colors. The payware 707-300 by Captain Sim is needed for this repaint. Guyana Airways was formed in 1963 in Georgetown Guyana, and a network of scheduled services was developed through the 1960s and 1970s linking Georgetown with 24 domestic destinations, as well as Miami, Boa Vista (Brazil), and such Caribbean spots as Barbados and Port of Spain. Guyana Airways virtually leased all its aircraft, which is why many different aircraft types were used during the airline's operations. In 1978 its fleet consisted of a DC-6A, 2 Hawker Siddeley HS 748s, 2 DHC-4A Caribou, 2 DHC-6 Twin Otters, and 1 Cessna 310. Later on Tu-154s, L-188 Freighters, 2 707-300s, a 737-200, and a 757-200 were added to the fleet. The 707s were used for the direct service between Paramaribo and New York. In 1999 the airline ceased operations due to financial problems. Textures are HiDef 32bit dds. DXT5 dds textures are also included as well. This repaint was tested FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D v1-3.

File Description: This is a repaint of the 737-2L9 Adv in Guyana Airways colors. The freeware 737-200 Tinmouse is needed for this repaint. This Boeing 737-2L9 was leased by Guyana Airways from Maersk Air, A.S. in 1980. It was with Guyana for just one year before being returned to Maersk Air in June 1981. Textures are 32bit dds. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should also work on FSX & P3D v1-3.

Guyana Airways 757-28A 1993

File Description: This is a repaint of the 757-28A in Guyana Airways colors. The freeware 757-200 by Tenkuu Developers Studio (TDS) is needed for this repaint. The model needed is : "B757-200-RB211-535E4". Guyana Airways' 707-300s were retired in the first 3 months of 1994. Consequently in April 1994, their replacement a 757-28A, arrived at Georgetown’s Timebri Airport from Seattle. Chartered from ILFC at a cost of $275,000 per month, the aircraft was used to double the carrier’s Toronto frequencies. The 757 was with the airline until its demise in 1999. Textures are 32bit dds & DXT5 dds. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D v1-3.

File Description: This is a repaint of the Douglas DC-6A (CB17 model) in Guyana Airways colors. The freeware CalClassic DC-6A CB-17 model by Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson is needed for this repaint. Guyana Airways utilized 3 DC-6s, all of them leased. This particular one was leased by the carrier from 1982 to 1983. Textures are 32bit dds. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FS2004, P3Dv1-3, & FSX.

File Description: This is a repaint of the DHC-6 Twin Otter in Guyana Airways colors. The freeware DHC-6 Twin Otter by Premier Aircraft Design (PAD) is needed for this repaint. Guyana Airways used the Twin Otters for the domestic sector. A total of 5 were operated by the carrier. 8R-GHN was leased from 1996 until 1999 when Guyana Airways went out of existence. Textures are 32bit dds.This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D v1-3.
