File Description:
This is fix for textures of my previous repaints (F3F-2 US Navy and US Marines) for F3F-2 Flying Barrel (1.1v) of Aeroplane Heaven. The update 1.2v brings the new clean model (without bombs and gun camera). This textures fix add new textures for clean version of this model and fixed some 3D model & textures bugs. Use it for 1.2v or higher. For proper work You need Aeroplane Heaven model of F3F-2 Flying Barrel and free textures named US Marines "VMF-2" Grumman F3F-2 and/or US Navy "VF-6" Grumman F3F-2 files.

File Description:
The repaint for Grumman F3F-2 "Flying Barrel" of Aeroplane Heaven. This skin represents F3F-2 with reg. 2-MF-10 US Marine Corps, No.0979, VMF-2 squadron, Cpt.Carson A.Roberts, 1940. The repaint included: more weathering effects and it's more dirty than "stock" model, new basic textures with new alpha channel textures and specular maps textures, new pin-up girl, ect.Textures only. You need to have F3F-2 from Aeroplane Heaven (the skin was tested with v1.1). Enjoy!

A pair of section leaders' aircraft from Fighting Three (VF-3 "Felix The Cat") aboard the U.S.S. Saratoga. Fighting Three flew the F3F-1. This model actually replicates a later F2F-2, but it's the only F3F available for FS2002. Requires Paul Clawson's Grumman F3F, available on this website. Repaint by Mick Morrissey. A selection of three section leaders' aircraft from Fighting Seven (VF-7 "The Blue Burglar Wasps") aboard the U.S.S. Wasp when she was participating in the Neutrality Patrol in 1940. Fighting Seven flew the F3F-1. This model actually replicates a later F2F-2, but it's the only F3F available for FS2002. Requires Paul Clawson's Grumman F3F, available on this website. File Description:

This airplane was used in "Dive Bomber" the movie from 1941 too. | Grumman F3F-1 VF-4M Section Leaders |

File Description:
Marine Fighting Four (VF-4M) received six F3F-1s before it became VMF-2 and re-equipped with a full compliment of F3F-2s. This archive contains textures for both of the section leaders' aircraft. These aircraft show the pre-1937 style of Marine aircraft markings, with the mission letter in a circle. This model actually replicates a later F2F-2, but it's the only F3F available for FS2002. Requires Paul Clawson's Grumman F3F, available on this website. Repaint by Mick Morrissey. Thanks to Paul Clawson for releasing this classic carrier fighter. A special tip of the flying helmet to sim pilot and ex-Marine Heather Sherman, who gave me the tools and knowledge to work with extended bitmaps.

| Grumman F3F-2 VMF-2 Section Leaders, Part One |

File Description:
Marine Fighting Two (VMF-2) had full compliment of eighteen F3F-2's. This archive contains textures for two section leaders' aircraft. These aircraft show the post-1937 style of Marine aircraft markings, with the mission letter prefixed by the letter M. This model actually replicates a later F2F-2, but it's the only F3F available for FS2002. Requires Paul Clawson's Grumman F3F, available on this website. Repaint by Mick Morrissey.
