Eurofighter Typhoon Panel

File Description: The panel has been developed for FSX Flight Simulator SP1 or SP2. It has also been tested with Microsoft Acceleration, but compatibility is not guaranteed by the author. This panel has been designed according to a large number of technical documents, descriptions, and pictures out of the Internet. The design goal was to develop a panel and gauges as close as possible to the original aircraft. It was, however by far not possible to programming all the functions and displays, because of the complexity of the real Eurofighter panel, and also because of limitations in FSX. However, I believe, that the panel with the MFD screen displays gives a good impression on how the real Eurofighter cockpit looks inside.The aircraft model, development by ALPHA/VIRTAVIA, has been used as the base for this panel development. The aim was to go with one model version only , the two seater air to air model. A number of parameter of the aircraft.cfg have been modified to achieve a best possible result of the flight dynamics for the model. It is up to the user to use any other model as this one, and use this panel for it. For this package, panel and model, I decided to call it the X -Version which shall be seen as an experimental military test version, or if you like, a " Proof of Concept " version. So, you will see a neutral paint with just the Typhoon letters on the aircraft tail. This approach allows to go with deviations and differences to the current technical implementations for the cockpit displays and functions for the Eurofighter. The panel includes gauges for the afterburner effects, sonic sound effect, callout sounds, weapon explosions effects, and a full functioning TCAS gauge (A future requirement for the Eurofighter), A2A fuel functions, target radar tracking functions and more. The panel has been developed for widescreen monitors only. No VC panel is part of this package. This is not a load and fly package. Please take your time to read the included panel documentation carefully. Do not skip chapters because you may think, they are not important for you. FSX Alphasim F-111 Aardvark HUD. Navigation/Situation awareness cockpit.
Relocates Ground Mapping and air to air intercept RADAR to better integrate it in the panel for regular use, to overcome annoying instrument obstruction. This option is provided due to extreme capability and importance of the new F-111 radar, to allow operators the choice of panel locations. Screenshots are included of both original and new locations. All functions remain, still movable and resizeable. Simple/brief fix.

F-111 Panel V1.5

File Description:
What’s new with FSX version 1.5 is I've updated some gauges to a better quality gauges. Added Fuel Gauge panel that indicates Forward, Aft, and Drop tank fuel quantities. Added HSI panel. Cleaned up some 2D and VC artwork.

F-111A

File Description:
The purpose of this up date is because of the restore issue at the AVSIM lib. Secondly, this version V1.01 includes a bug fix for the compass gauge and the logic of the sonic sound. This panel has been designed according to the �F-111 Aardvark Pilot's Flight Operating Instructions� document published by the USAF. The design goal was to develop a panel and gauges as close as possible to the original aircraft. It was not possible to program all the functionsand sub-panels, because of the complexity of the system and because of limitations in FSX. The panel is a 2D panel. The panel has been developed from scratch as well as all the gauges. All gauges are programmed in XML with the ACE tool from the MS SDK SP2 package. The aircraft model, development by Mike Stone, has been used as the model for this panel. The model is part of the package. Other models may by used as well. However, the Light section and Flaps section in the aircraft.cfg may be modified accordingly in order to meet the requirements of this panel. There is an SP1 and SP2 Version. There are no tooltips in the SP1 Version. For installation and functional instructions, please read the PDF-Document �F-111A-Panel-Documentation" which is included in the ZIP-File.

F/A-18 Hornet panel with realistic HUD

File Description:
F/A-18 HUD and panel (2D and 3D) for use with Team FS KBT’s Super Hornet. Built from scratch for FSX, and at higher resolution than previous versions. Works well within the 3-D virtual cockpit. Multiple zooms in 2D also supported. Very little framerate loss in fullscreen. The symbology is now much more realistic (almost identical, pixel for pixel, to the real Hornet’s. See pics and video within.) New HUD features added, including courseline steering arrow (can be linked to NAV1, NAV2, or GPS), multiple clock modes, realistic HUD reject options, altitude options, energy caret, etc. Many pics and vids within, as well as useful and informative documents, including actual carrier pattern specs.
